First, in the examination center school that undertakes the task of adult college entrance examination, the examination staff, teachers, students and employees who stay in the school during the examination period will all undergo a nucleic acid test after the end of the examination on the afternoon of October 24. After the completion of the examination, a comprehensive disinfection is carried out, and if the elimination is not completed, teachers and students will not be arranged to enter the classroom. Before the environmental sampling and test results are released, all teachers and students are managed in a minimum unit.
Second, all boarding schools (including colleges and universities) and semi-boarding schools, teachers, students, and employees, concentrated on nucleic acid testing on the afternoon of October 24. Faculty and staff implement closed management in the school, and if they really need to leave the school, sign a letter of commitment, do not take public transportation on the way to and from work, do not go to the place where people gather, and minimize contact with the outside world.
Third, the teachers and students who have not returned to school under the boarding system, and the teachers, students, and employees of semi-boarding schools who have not returned to school will return to school on the morning of October 25. After returning to school, nucleic acid testing is carried out, and before the test results are released, it is managed by partition with teachers, students and employees in the school, and the school arranges classroom self-study and canteen meals in accordance with the principle of minimum unitization. After the nucleic acid results come out, normal education and teaching will resume.
Fourth, teachers, students and employees of day schools in eleven counties (cities, districts) such as Chang'an District, Qiaoxi District, Xinhua District, Yuhua District, High-tech Zone, Gaocheng District, Luancheng District, Luquan District, Zhengding County, Lingshou County, and Zanhuang County returned to school for nucleic acid testing on the morning of October 25, and then returned to school for normal classes after the nucleic acid results came out. And guide teachers, students and employees to do personal protection on the way to and from the trip. Other county (city, district) schools, teachers, students and employees will attend classes normally on October 25, and do a good job of health monitoring and self-protection.
Fifth, all off-campus education and training institutions in the city suspend offline teaching.
Sixth, for schools in key protection areas, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of the jurisdiction shall determine the arrangements for the return of schools in their jurisdictions according to the local epidemic situation and the principle of precise policy. All localities and schools have strengthened communication and coordination with local epidemic prevention and control departments, and done a good job in epidemic prevention and control related work as required.
