The two sides stressed the importance of accelerating the implementation of cooperation projects such as automobile manufacturing, joint cotton textile cluster construction, electrical appliance production, and joint development of mineral deposits. It is understood that the presidents of Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine reached an agreement in early 2023 and signed a cooperation agreement to establish textile production facilities in Jjjaralabad State.

It is reported that "Fazemann Textile", established at the end of 2022, can produce 1 million finished garments per year, including men's, women's and children's clothing. The export value is estimated at $15 million per year.
