On the afternoon of the 7th, the customs officer in charge of supervision found that a man suspected of being a water passenger left the border gate after walking out of the target store, and immediately notified the port officer to intercept the man in the exit baggage inspection area and seize a batch of frozen products in his belongings. Upon questioning, the man admitted to collecting "work fees" and carrying them out of the country after picking up the goods at the store.

Seeing that the time was ripe, the Customs of the Macao SAR immediately took action to intercept a male person in charge in the shop, and seized a large number of bird's nest, dried shark fin, dried fish maw, frozen beef offal and medicines, with a value of about 390,000 patacas, all without import and export declaration documents and proof of origin.

One male on-site manager in Macao and one male expatriate water visitor were involved in the case.

The Macao SAR Customs said that a total of two people were involved in the case, namely a male on-site manager of Macao and a male expatriate water traveler, aged 22 and 33 respectively, and the Macao SAR Customs has prosecuted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Trade Law, and the relevant violations can be fined up to 100,000 patacas, and the seized goods will also be declared to belong to the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The male watery passenger was also suspected of violating the Law on the Employment of Non-resident Workers, and the Customs and Excise Department of the Macao SAR Government referred it to the Labour Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR Government for follow-up, and then to the Immigration Control Department of the Public Security Police Force of the Macao SAR Government for handling. In addition, the unit involved did not have the business license certification documents and submitted it to the Financial Services Bureau of the Macao SAR Government for follow-up handling.
