Suggestions are made around accelerating the improvement of charitable rule of law, strengthening centralized and unified management of Internet public welfare platforms, and so forth. Zhang Yiwu proposed:
Improve the transparency of Internet public welfare. One is to strengthen through digital means; The second is to achieve financial openness and transparency; Third, there needs to be more innovation in the platform; The fourth is to strengthen the supervision of Internet public welfare and philanthropy.
Improve the rule of law in charity. Adhering to the main tone of "inclusiveness and prudence" and encouraging innovation, it is suggested that the revision of the Charity Law leaves room for legitimate commercial activities, and it is not appropriate to block it "one size fits all".
Strengthen centralized and unified management of Internet public welfare platforms. Internet public welfare involves multiple competent departments such as the Internet, social governance, and finance, and it is recommended that one department be centrally managed to provide stable expectations for the development of the industry.
