In order to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, on the occasion of the 31st National Day of Assisting the Disabled, on the afternoon of May 14, the Luohu District Disabled Persons' Federation held a cultural and artistic performance of "The Train to Happiness from a Diversified and Shared Happiness Harbor" at the Shenzhen Grand Theatre, which was watched by more than 500 people, including members of the Luohu District Disabled Workers' Committee and relevant responsible persons of the Disabled Persons' Federations of various streets, the disabled and their relatives in the jurisdiction.

As the music sounded, a "happiness special train" with the theme of "Diversified Construction of a Happy Harbor" began to report to the station. It can be seen at the scene that the disabled literary and art show uses keywords such as "dare to break through and win", "history", "struggle", "fashion", "harmony" and other keywords as the station name of the "Happiness Special Train", and selects the relevant deeds and history of Luohu landmark buildings or important public cultural places such as Shenzhen Railway Station, Shenzhen International Trade Building, Shenzhen Dongmen Old Street, Honghu Park and so on, and interprets a number of creative literary and artistic programs with disabilities, so that the audience can further enhance their understanding of the history of the development of the Communist Party of China. The understanding of the history of Shenzhen's reform and opening up and the history of Luohu has deeply planted the feelings of loving the party and the country, carried forward the spirit of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, and stimulated the enthusiasm of officials to start a business.
Among them, the "Happiness Train Departure Station" is Shenzhen Railway Station, representing the spirit of the special zone that dares to try, and the only blind electroacoustic band in the country composed of a group of visually impaired people - Luohu District Hitomi Band brought the song "My Motherland and Me" and "Red Flag Fluttering"; "The First Stop of the Happiness Train" is the Shenzhen Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery, and the Sunshine Covenant Dance Troupe composed of people with physical, hearing, vision and other disabilities brought the dance "Don't Forget the Initial Heart", encouraging the audience to cherish the current happy life more; "The second station of the Happiness Train" It is the Shenzhen International Trade Building, where the children of the Cerebral Palsy Family Care Association perform the African drum song "Cuckoo", highlighting the story of the disabled people in Luohu District pursuing life and happiness with an optimistic and upward fighting attitude.
The third stop of the "Happiness Train" came to Shenzhen Dongmen Old Street, and the Autistic Children's Watch Mother Choir brought songs to sing "Mother Taught Me a Song" and "Grateful Heart", showing the happy life of Luohu residents at present. The "Fourth Stop of the Happiness Train" "Stops" in Honghu Park, showing the continuous improvement of barrier-free facilities in the park, and presenting programs such as feather balancing technique "The Power of a Feather", scene recitation "Riding the Waves • Pursuit", and the song "Heart Rain".
It is worth mentioning that at the same time as the cultural performances were held in the venue, the Luohu District Disabled Persons' Federation also organized medical staff to carry out free medical activities, disability prevention and rehabilitation knowledge publicity outside the performance venue. At the end of the performance, with the newspaper station of the "Happiness Special Train", everyone reviewed the process of the Luohu District Disabled Persons' Federation uniting caring people from all walks of life to create a better life for the disabled in the jurisdiction.
It is understood that since the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", Luohu has deeply created barrier-free urban areas, focused on improving the social security and rehabilitation employment service system for the disabled, accelerated the integration of government services for the disabled, enriched the cultural and sports activities of the disabled, and achieved the first district-level barrier-free urban area planning in China, the Luohu District Disabled Persons' Federation won the first batch of "Shenzhen Barrier-free City Construction Red List" units, and the household registration of disabled people's festival subsidy standards increased by 40%. At the scene, Liu Xun, chairman of the District Disabled Persons' Federation, said that the Luohu District Disabled Persons' Federation will continue to thoroughly implement the deployment and requirements of the central, provincial and municipal governments on the work of the disabled, effectively perform the duties of "representative, service and management", and unite and lead the disabled to continue to create a new situation in their work.
