(1) Eastern Europe, Siberia experienced heavy snowfall, and northern Southeast Asia and Australia experienced heavy rainfall
Over the past week, much of Eastern Europe, most of Western Siberia, southern Central Siberia, western Far East, northern Japan, western and southern Canada, western United States, and southern Great Lakes have seen light to moderate snow or sleet, and locally heavy to heavy snowfall. Moderate to heavy rains occurred in eastern Southern Europe, Asia Minor, south-central Africa, southern East Africa, eastern South Africa, Madagascar, Malaysia, Philippine Islands, tropical islands in Southeast Asia, northern Australia, east-central United States, north-central South America, and heavy rainfall or heavy rainfall in some areas.
(2) Tropical cyclones "Judy" and "Kevin" successively affected Vanuatu
In the past week, tropical cyclones "Judy" and "Kevin" in the South Pacific have formed successively, of which "Judy" made landfall near Port Vila in Vanuatu on the evening of the 28th (Universal Time), with a landfall intensity of a category 3 tropical cyclone (14 magnitude, 44m/s, equivalent to a strong typhoon on the mainland); "Kevin" crossed the southern islands of Vanuatu during the day on the 3rd. Influenced by "Judy" and "Kevin", most of Vanuatu experienced heavy to heavy rain and local heavy rain.

(1) The southwest region is rainy
In the next three days, there will be light to moderate rain in southern and eastern Sichuan, most of Guizhou, Chongqing, eastern Yunnan, north-central Hunan, and southern Hubei.

Affected by weak cold air, there was moderate to heavy snow or sleet in parts of northwestern Xinjiang, and local blizzards. Parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia and northern Heilongjiang have light to moderate snow or sleet, and local heavy snowfall.
The weather is fine in most of the rest of the country, and temperatures are gradually rising.

(1) There is strong rain and snow in the northern part of the United States and eastern Canada
In the next three days, due to the combined influence of eastward westerly troughs and low-vortex systems, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in western Alaska, western and south-central Canada, Labrador, western and northern United States, western Great Lakes region, northeastern United States and other places, and heavy to heavy snowfall locally.
(2) Madagascar Island has heavy rainfall in northern Australia
In the next three days, affected by tropical storm Freddy in the southwest Indian Ocean, there will be heavy to heavy rainfall and local heavy rainfall in parts of western and southern Madagascar and parts of the southern coast of South Africa.
In addition, parts of northern Australia and the South Island of New Zealand experienced heavy to heavy rainfall.

From 08:00 on March 7 to 08:00 on March 8, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern Xinjiang, northern and eastern Tibet, southern Qinghai, northern Sichuan Plateau, northeastern Inner Mongolia, and northern Heilongjiang, among which, there was heavy snow in parts of northern Heilongjiang and other places, and heavy snowfall (10~11 mm) in northern Xinjiang; There was light to moderate rain in parts of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, southeastern Tibet, southern Gansu, central Sichuan, Chongqing, most of Guizhou, northern Hunan, northern Jiangxi and southern Hubei.
