As one of the two training bases of the Hangzhou Asian Organizing Committee, Linping Sports Center will usher in the Asian Games venue test tournament - Zhejiang Youth Archery Championship in March. Previously, the "Flavor of Hangzhou" China Hangzhou (Tonglu) International Equestrian Open Championship had just ended at the Tonglu Equestrian Center. The Asian Games Village operation team fully settled in the Asian Games Village in September last year, and now it has the conditions for trial operation, and will gradually complete the construction of the large-screen platform system, the Asian Games Village one-code pass, and the self-service booking system, and will also build a low-carbon management system for the Asian Games Village, promote the docking with traffic scheduling, food safety, and event management systems, and conduct comprehensive tests in accordance with scenario-based and practical requirements.

From the increasing number of electric vehicle charging piles around the event venues, to the upcoming AR autonomous driving smart bus in the Asian Games Village, to the new mobile cloud VR experience area, the one-year postponement has made the preparation of the Hangzhou Asian Games more relaxed, and the hardware facilities and preparation experience have been improved.

Outside the venue, the "Asian Games Village on the Cloud" intelligent system is undergoing functional testing before going live. Through the three sections of intelligent command platform, digital intelligence management tool and cloud living community, managers can perceive the overall operation status of the Asian Games Village, master the management data of the Asian Games Village, and realize the efficient and intelligent scheduling of personnel, vehicles, services and other resources in the village. For "villagers", the Asian Games Village One-Code Pass will "fully migrate the Asian Games Village's catering, transportation, business and other services to the cloud", and the food, accommodation, transportation and special services in the village can be "arranged" with one click.

From the "Asian Games Intelligent Medical Emergency Support System" to the "Asian Games AR Digital Intelligence Security Platform", to the first cable intelligent monitoring center in Zhejiang Province in the Asian Games Village, intelligent applications have added a sense of technology and are also contributing to the green Asian Games.

At the power combat headquarters of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center, Ni Wei, a "zero-carbon engineer" of the State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company, is staring at the dual-carbon brain system on the big screen. Previously, under his leadership, the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium completed energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation. The environmental perception network in the museum can monitor indoor temperature and humidity, illuminance, crowd density and other information in real time, intelligently formulate flexible energy use strategies, and improve the energy efficiency of the venue by 15%.

Energy-saving Asian Games venues, Asian Games goods made of renewable materials, intelligent garbage classification system, large-scale event "waste-free events" guide... Today, the concept of the Green Asian Games has penetrated into all aspects.

"We will widely use mature technologies in terms of venue construction, operation and maintenance, event organization, and participation and viewing services."
