Week 282: Little Nuomi contracted oral hand and foot disease in kindergarten

Tao Te Ching and Family Education No. 19

Xiao Nuomi contracted oral hand and foot disease in kindergarten, and he was not seriously ill, and this disease was at home for at least a week. HFMD is a global infectious disease, with children and recessive infections as the main source of infection, and the prevalence of recessive HFMD (almost no clinical symptoms in adults). In humid, hot environments, these enteroviruses are more likely to multiply, survive, and can be widely spread through the excretions, nasopharyngeal secretions, saliva and rashes of infected people. An important mode of transmission of HFMD is close contact, which can cause infection by contact with hands contaminated with the virus, toiletries, personal objects, toys, eating utensils and bedding, as well as respiratory droplet transmission, drinking water contaminated with the virus and eating contaminated food. Infants and children are generally susceptible, and children under 5 years of age are particularly susceptible.

Little glutinous rice does not go to kindergarten, and her sister Xiao Pinwheel at home cannot be infected and must be isolated in the room. Mother and nanny can't accompany Xiao Nuomi, only Dad is isolated with Xiao Nuomi. Last year, Xiao Nuomi was infected with the new crown, and the father and daughter were isolated in a room for more than a week.

Oral hand and foot disease is not as contagious as the new crown, so the isolation of small glutinous rice at home is not as strict as the new crown isolation. Xiao Nuomi likes her sister, looking at her sister by her side, her sister is not sensible, and she will take the initiative to be close to her sister to make out, and Xiao Nuomi wants to refuse her sister to be intimate, which is a test and training of emotional control and rational thinking for Xiao Nuomi. To let Xiao Nuomi know that this disease is transmitted in close contact, and it is hidden, that is, it cannot be seen, and it will be transmitted to her sister inadvertently, so you cannot have physical contact with your sister. From the perspective of the cultivation of emotional civilization literacy, you have the virus in your body, you are kind to others, you cannot infect others, and you must strictly require yourself to do a good job of protection. It is also a kind, faithful quality.

Chapter 49 of the Tao Te Ching talks about indoctrination without distinction. The saints do not have a heart of their own, but a heart for the people. Treat a good man with kindness; He who is not good also treats him with kindness, and thus bears good fruit. He who is faithful, treat him faithfully; Those who are unfaithful also treat him faithfully, thus bearing the fruit of faithfulness. The saint in the world, with his breath, makes people's hearts simple. The people were engrossed, staring and listening, while the saints treated them like babies.

Little glutinous rice can already roughly understand the truth of kindness and faithfulness, and the little windmill can't understand it at all, but the atmosphere of this special period of family created by the isolation of small glutinous rice mouth foot disease, the little windmill can feel it.

Chapter 50 of the Tao Te Ching talks about three points in everything. Man was born from the world and eventually died on earth. three-tenths of those who belong to longevity; Three out of ten people die short-lived; People who could have lived longer, but they themselves went to death, which also accounts for three-tenths. Why is that? Because devotion is too much. It is said that those who are good at preserving their own lives will not encounter vicious rhinos and tigers when walking on land, nor will they be harmed by weapons in war. The rhino has nowhere to cast its horns, the tiger has nowhere to extend its claws, and the weapon has nowhere to stab the blade. Why is that? For he is out of the state of death!

How can people eat whole grains without getting sick? Every time you get sick, you are out of the state of death, and life is maintained. For example, human fever is a manifestation of the body's independent defense and resistance to the invasion of germs, and has five functions of preserving life:

1. If there is a problem in the body, an alarm is issued, and attention is needed for observation or appropriate treatment.

2. Helping the body temperature of poisonous bacteria rise can strengthen the function of immune cells.

3. Enhance immune function, fever will also change the synthesis of protein by the liver and increase the synthesis of acute response protein.

4. Inhibit the reproduction of many pathogenic microorganisms can only survive at normal temperature, and when the body temperature rises, it can inhibit the growth and reproduction of these harmful viruses and bacteria.

5. Transporting waste and repairing tissues. Fever will speed up the heartbeat, shortness of breath, increase blood pressure, increase metabolic rate, so as to promote blood circulation can quickly transport white blood cells, lymphocytes, antibodies and nutrients and other substances in the body to the place of inflamed tissues to fight pathogenic bacteria, and transport waste and quickly repair tissues, so that the body can recover health as soon as possible.

There is no such accurate analysis in ancient times as modern science, but the phrase "rhinoceros has nowhere to cast its horns, tigers have nowhere to extend their claws, and weapons have nowhere to stab their blades." "To use the metaphor, that's the truth.

Sharing the educational thought of Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching, lecture 49: Integrity education

Saints often have no heart, but the heart of the people. The good, the good; Those who are not good, I am also good, virtuous. Believer, I believe; Those who do not believe, I also believe, faith. The saints are under the world, and the evil is the heart of the world, the people are watching their eyes and ears, and the saints are children.

Interpreting Lao Tzu's educational thought in chapter 49, righteous people are often selfless and take the hearts of the people as their own. Therefore, teachers who have a teacher often maintain a childlike heart.

To the good man, I treat him kindly; To those who are not kind, I also treat them kindly, so that I can receive goodness, so that everyone can be good. Teachers treat every student well and do not discriminate against any student, and students learn to be kind.

To the trustworthy, I trust him; I also trust those who are untrustworthy, so that I can gain integrity, so that everyone can keep their promises. Teachers conduct creditworthiness education in this way, and students learn creditworthiness.

The saints of the Tao are in their place, restricting their desires, so that the minds of the world are simple, the people are focused on their ears and ears, and the wise people return them all to a state of simple curiosity like a baby.

Under such an education, every student will maintain a naïve and inquisitive childlike heart.

If a teacher encounters a student who is not good and untrustworthy, it is easy to treat such a student well, but it is difficult to trust him, review, guarantee, turn around and commit again, the so-called repeated teaching, repeated teaching, repeated teaching.

A bad habit is an automatic link of brain nerves, review, assurance is a rational response, put into action needs to be maintained for at least 21 days, in order to replace the original habit. Therefore, for untrustworthy students, do not promise to change bad habits, but let him return to the simple state of curiosity like a baby, let him keep his faith and do an easy thing, give reminders and supervision every day, trust him to persist in doing it for 21 days, and such trust will definitely be transformed into his trustworthiness. The cranial neural link of bad habits cannot be surgically severed, and it can only be replaced with another habitual cranial neural link.

Share the 50th lecture of Lao Tzu's educational thought in the Tao Te Ching: Keep students away from the "dead" land

Born into death, born into death, three out of ten; The dead, three out of ten; There are three out of ten human beings whose life moves to the place of death. Why? With its raw thickness. Gai Wenshan regent, Lu Xing does not meet the tiger, and joins the army without being armored soldiers. The tiger has nothing to throw at its horns, the tiger has no claws, and the soldiers have no blade. Why? With its deathless land.

Interpreting Lao Tzu's educational thought in chapter 50, people are born from the world and eventually die on the earth, and three-tenths of those who belong to the longevity are three-tenths; Three out of ten people die short-lived; People who could have lived longer, but they themselves went to death, which also accounts for three-tenths. Why is that? Because devotion is too much.

There is a universal truth to the trichotomy of things. In a class group, about three-tenths of the students learn more consciously, and the teacher can be more worry-free and study better. About 3 out of 10 students encounter abusive parents or punishing teachers and are relatively backward in learning. There are also some students who could have learned better, why didn't they learn well?

First, do not read, in addition to doing homework and not reading extracurricular books "nutrition" is insufficient,

The second is to read dead books and become a nerd with excess "nutrition", and the third is to read dead books, which is physically and mentally harmed. These students are also roughly three-tenths.

The Tao Te Ching says that those who are good at preserving their lives will not encounter vicious rhinos and tigers when walking on land, and will not be harmed by weapons in war. The rhino has nowhere to cast its horns, the tiger has nowhere to extend its claws, and the weapon has nowhere to stab the blade. Why is that? Because he has learned to avoid dangerous "death", not because he is an iron body, but because he has not entered the realm of death.

The enlightenment to education, the student who learns well, he must not encounter rough parents or teachers who like to punish in his studies, and he has not suffered psychological harm in the intense examination-oriented education environment. Because he has a good environment for growing up. A healthy mind can resist various setbacks, but a healthy mind also comes from a good growth environment. It is necessary to be good at creating a good environment for children's learning, and to keep students away from the "dead" place of learning.

Parents should not force their children to read dead books, read dead books, and do not just focus on homework that does not provide conditions for extracurricular reading; Teachers should be close to each child, encourage children more without often punishing children, and do not discriminate against any child.

China's first National Reading Conference was held on World Book Day, hoping that children would develop reading habits, read happily and grow up healthily. It is hoped that the whole society will participate in reading and form a strong atmosphere of loving reading, reading well, and being good at reading. I hope that children will develop 100% reading habits, and love reading is no longer a rule of thirds.
