There will be one snorkeling during the trip, and the coral damage is much better than that of the Great Barrier Reef in Hardy.

Heart Reef and its surrounding waters are protected by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act and are not allowed to moor for boats or snorkeling. So the best way to get around is to fly over Heart Reef from the air. The best way to value for money is to take a scenic plane. The view from the windows of the aircraft is enough to enjoy the view.
The plane is small and can seat 12 people in total, so it may be bumpy when encountering airflow. The entire flight is one hour with scenery along the way. The coastline seen shortly after takeoff resembles a giant lung lobe.

The Whitsundays are not very friendly to lone rangers, and many projects require a minimum of two people, such as the Great Barrier Reef Day Tour Program, which is good to be able to overlook the Heart Reef by helicopter on the Great Barrier Reef platform.
The look and view of the helicopter is indeed better than that of the observation aircraft, but the disadvantage is that it is not guaranteed to sit by the window, and the glass reflection is more serious.
