Storm advertising is a demon again.
It's abominable. Press Ctrl+Alt+DEL at the same time to open Task Manager. I recognized it at a glance.
The file name is called Desktop Prompt. It's advertising.
Search for "bfdesktop tips" on your computer, in the Storm Video folder.
I just uninstalled Storm Video. Never use it again.
