Accessories
Decorative fabrics for walls, eaves, doors, windows and chimneys, as well as wavy lace, ribbons, small pendants and buttons.
MF paper (double-sided adhesive), cloth glue, hot melt adhesive, fine needle fabric pigment, etc.
Production steps
1. Select the main materials and accessories according to the characteristics of each side of the hut, and cut the fabric with reference to the size of each side of the material table.
2. The spire of the cropped wall C is shown in the figure, and the line is connected at a distance of 7 cm from the middle of the 16 cm end to the sides to form the spire.
3. Cut the lower missing angle of the chimney wall C to match the spire of the hut.
4. Mark the doors and windows on the surface cloth of each wall, and iron the fabrics such as doors and windows in the corresponding positions with MF paper.
5. Fold 6 mm on the lower edge of the lining cloth of the 4 walls. At the same time, the long side of one of the two roofs of the cloth E is also cracked by 6 mm.
6. Process the wall A table cloth. Embroidery thread is used to sew window frames and wall decorations with machine sewn patches. Similarly, another wall surface fabric is processed.
7. Process the wall C table cloth. Embroidery thread is used to sew out the door frame and door decoration in a machine-sewn patch, and then sew another wall. Or sketch the pattern with fine needle tube fabric pigments.
8. The wall C table cloth with the patch is opposite the front of the base cloth, and the roof slope is sewn on the reverse side, and the side and bottom sides are not sewn. Similarly, the surface and base cloth of the other two wall C are stitched together. Fold back to the front and press the iron.
9. Place the wall surface A table cloth with the patch opposite the front of the base cloth, and the straight line at the upper end of the countersized window on the reverse side. Similarly, the surface and base cloth of the other two wall surfaces A are stitched together. Fold back to the front and press the iron.
10. The bottom plate fabric B and 4 wall surfaces A and C are respectively, and a straight line is under the seam from the reverse side. Pay attention to splicing only the outer layer of the surface cloth, and do not stitch in the clip. Place the sackcloth hard lining, if the glue hard lining is directly pressed with an iron; if it is not glued, it should be fixed with glue.
11. Stitch the surface wall separately, and strengthen the seam invert at the starting and ending points. Note that the wall behind is not spliced to facilitate the placement of a hard liner underneath.
12. Insert the hard linings at each bag opening, trim the hard linings slightly if necessary. Flip to the front. Adjust the hard lining so that it fits snugly into the corners. Put in the base plate hard lining. Stitch a wall with a dark needle with a hand stitch.
13. Sew buttons or beads onto the door by hand as door handles.
14. Use hot melt glue or cloth with glue to fix ribbons, small trims, etc. in the appropriate position of the door frame.
15. Process the roof. Place the reverse side of the roof fabrics E and D together, paying attention to the two creases in the center.
16. Place two pieces of hard lining from the opening. If necessary, trim the hard lining appropriately.
17. Use cloth with glue or hot melt glue to glue the wavy lace around the surface cloth of roof D to form eaves snowflakes.
18. Processing of chimneys. First of all, the two chimney wall F surface cloth and the missing angle of the back of the ribbed fabric are stitched, and the other can be sewn by the method of processing the house.
19. Put in the hard lining of the chimney top.
20. Finally, place the roof and chimney on the walls of the hut in turn, and the chimney can also be fixed to the roof by hand seams or hot melt glue.
