China Quality News Network News During the "Quality Month", the Zhanjiang Municipal High-value Patent Cultivation Layout Training Course in the Field of Small Household Appliances was successfully held, sponsored by the Zhanjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) of Guangdong Province, and hosted by the Hengqin International Intellectual Property Trading Center under Huafa Group and the National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base. About 150 people from zhanjiang counties (cities, districts) market supervision and management bureaus responsible for intellectual property work and representatives of financial institutions, science and technology enterprises, and science and technology industrial parks attended the training.
At the training class, Luo Lin, member of the party group and deputy director of the Zhanjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Office), delivered a speech, introduced the work of intellectual property rights in Zhanjiang City, and put forward three requirements for running the training course well: First, shoulder the responsibility of learning and enhance the mission of promoting intellectual property rights promotion; second, with problem learning, improve the ability level of intellectual property promotion work; third, correct attitude learning, strictly abide by the discipline of learning and training. It is hoped that the trainees will have achieved success in their studies and usefulness, link the ideas and achievements of the training with their actual work, and jointly promote the intellectual property work in Zhanjiang to achieve new results.
This training invited Zhang Yazhuo, deputy director of the Administrative Management Research Center of Huafa Qixianqin National Intellectual Property Operation Public Service Platform, to give a training lecture on the theme of "Cultivation and Layout of High-value Patents (Small Household Appliances)", she elaborated on the concept and connotation of high-value patents, systematically explained the six attributes of high-value patents, analyzed the differences and connections between high-value, high-price and high-quality, and summarized the five-step method of cultivating high-value patents and the seven elements of high-quality patent output. He also shared the exploration practice of Huafa Seven Strings in the cultivation layout of high-value patents.
The successful holding of this training course will give full play to the role of the intellectual property system in promoting innovation, effectively enhance the cultivation and layout ability of high-value patents of innovative entities, and fully promote the construction of Zhanjiang Intellectual Property Demonstration City, providing strong support for the high-quality economic development of Zhanjiang.
