India's National Center for Disease Control and the Government of New Delhi conducted the first round of seroantio antibody testing from June 27 to July 10, and the results showed a positive detection rate of 23.48% of the new crown virus antibodies. Three more rounds of testing were conducted in August, September and October, with results of 29.1%, 25.1% and 25.5% respectively.

Unlike nucleic acid testing, which is designed to confirm whether the human body is infected with the new crown virus at the time of testing, the main role of antibody testing is to confirm whether the person being tested has ever been infected with the virus.

According to the latest epidemic data released by the Indian Ministry of Health on the 25th, in the past 24 hours, there were 185 new confirmed cases in New Delhi, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases was 633924. There were 13,203 new confirmed cases in India, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases has exceeded 10.66 million. (Reporter Li Lin)
