In the 2023 Spring Festival, Fuzhou Station and Nancheng Station of Nanchang Train Depot jointly carried out volunteer service activities at the station with volunteer associations such as the Fuzhou Youth League Committee. On the first day of the event, volunteers gathered together for pre-job training in the classroom of Fuzhou Station to understand the precautions for volunteering. After the class, the station also arranged staff to lead volunteers to the site to practice various passenger equipment at the station.
After the training, some of the young volunteers assisted passengers in purchasing tickets in the ticket hall, some answered questions for passengers in the waiting room, and some took the initiative to help elderly passengers with more luggage to enter the station. (Chen Jiawen, Luo Mengxin)
