The planning area extends to Fuqiang Road in the east, Yushi River in the south, Cross River in the west, and Wenzhou Avenue in the north, with a total land area of about 9.2 hectares.

The E-01 plot is a second-class residential land (R2) with a land area of 57,035 square meters; Plot E-02 is a park green space (G1) with a land area of 13,087 square meters.

4. Public supporting facilities

This plan will set up a ring network unit and a recycling point on the E-01 plot; A public toilet and a mobile communication base station are set up on the E-02 plot.

5. Transportation organization

The control plan cancels Xingyuan Road (the section between Cross River and Fuqiang Road), and widens the width of the red line of Fuqiang Road to 32 meters, and the road grade is a secondary trunk road.

6. Four-line planning

Blue Line: The shorelines of the Cross River and the Yushi River are planned to be adjusted, and can be fine-tuned in conjunction with the natural shoreline in the next step of the work.

Green Line: It is planned to control a 20-meter-wide park green space along the Cross River and the Yushi River.

Architectural style: This area (E-01 plot) should adopt a modern and simple architectural style. The building façade is recommended to be made of stone, glass or metal, and in principle, the façade of buildings with more than 3 floors shall not be dry hung with stone. The overall architectural color should be light and elegant, and pay attention to the organic integration with the surrounding buildings and environment. Residential buildings along Wenzhou Avenue should present the effect of "public construction" of the façade, adopting methods such as overall balconies and simple lines. Pipelines and air conditioning units and other equipment should adopt concealed measures, and pipelines should be laid in the grooves of the building façade or on the non-street-facing side, so that they should be horizontal and vertical, not erected in the air, and not exposed along the street.

Functional Zone: Arrange B1/B2/R2 functional mixed area along Wenzhou Avenue.

Slow travel system: Set up pedestrian passages across the Cross River on the west side of the E-02 plot to strengthen the slow traffic connection between the east and west banks, promote the integrated development of functions in the area, and enrich the slow travel experience. Continuous, barrier-free slow walking trails should be built in the E-02 plot, and gentle slope barges should be made along the river.
