From January 18 to 19, China and Vietnam jointly held a two-day transnational Spring Festival Gala. In order to ensure the fire safety of the venue and ensure the smooth holding of the event, on January 18, Zhu Ming, political commissar of the Honghe Prefecture Fire Rescue Detachment, and Zhao Huawang, deputy director of the Prefecture Public Security Bureau, led a team to carry out fire safety supervision and inspection on the site of the "China-Vietnam Transnational Spring Festival Gala and Border People's Gala Dinner", Xiong Wanhe, deputy county governor of Hekou County People's Government, and Zhou Huaiwen, captain of Hekou County Fire Rescue Brigade, participated in the inspection.
During the inspection, the working group listened to the report on fire safety precautions in detail, provided on-site guidance on the allocation of on-duty forces, the implementation of prevention and control measures, and the preparation of rescue plans, and conducted on-site inspections on the operation status of fire fighting facilities, equipment equipment, electrical lines, evacuation channels and other key links. In view of the potential safety hazards found during the inspection, the working group put forward rectification opinions on the spot, requiring relevant responsible persons to strengthen safety management, strictly prevent and control immediate rectification.
On doing a good job in fire safety precautions at the scene of the party, Political Commissar Zhu Ming requested: First, it is necessary to raise awareness and display the "combat effectiveness" of national fire protection. Fully recognize the importance of carrying out this cross-border gala to enhance good-neighborliness and friendship and promote regional development, resolutely overcome lax and paralyzing thinking, maintain a good mental state, and fully display the good image of China's fire rescue team with the highest standards and strictest requirements. Second, it is necessary to meticulously carry out detailed duty inspections and "full coverage". Strictly implement the pre-provision and diligent work system, comprehensively and meticulously carry out inspections of key parts and surrounding fire water source testing, to ensure that life passages such as evacuation passages and safety exits are unblocked and that fire fighting facilities are complete and easy to use. The third is to hear the alarm and immediately respond to the "zero delay" of emergency response. Adhere to the "wartime" standard, further improve the emergency plan, adjust and optimize the composition of combat forces, strengthen firefighting and rescue response, scientifically and rationally arrange squatting duty and mobile duty work, and make every effort to ensure the smooth holding of activities.

The "2023 China-Vietnam Transnational Spring Festival Gala and Border People's Gala Gala" is guided by the Information Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, the China International Publishing and Distribution Center (International Communication Development Center), the Department of Culture and Tourism of Yunnan Province, and the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, and co-sponsored by the People's Government of Honghe Prefecture, the Yunnan People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Kunming, the People's Committee of Lao Cai Province and the People's Committee of Lai Chau Province of Vietnam. The event was held on January 18 and 19 in Hekou County, Honghe Hani Yi Autonomous Prefecture and Lao Cai City, Lao Cai Province, respectively, which was a transnational event to promote bilateral cultural exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and Vietnam, and to demonstrate the deep friendship between China and Vietnam.
