In 2022, the negative growth of the Chinese population finally achieved the goal pursued by family planning that year.

For a country with a population of 1.4 billion, negative population growth for a certain period of time is acceptable, but it must not be negative growth for a long time, if the negative growth continues for more than 20 years, the trouble will be great, and the middle-aged and elderly people over 55 years old account for the majority, and there can be no talk of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.

Only by solving the three major problems of young people with little money, lack of time and difficulty in finding employment for women can the fertility rate be increased.

But now the situation is that young people are not willing to get married, let alone have children, in towns and counties, young people and children are visibly reduced, and the next will be the population reduction of prefecture-level cities, and it is really not a dream that houses are cheaper than cabbage.

There are three main reasons why young people are reluctant to get married and have children:

First, there is too little money: young couples with an average salary of more than 5,000 have two children and three children, how difficult it is. Giving birth to one is poor, so that people have two children and three children have become harmful.

The second is no time: no matter what unit young people work in, they are busy with groups, tired and unable to open their eyes, no time to fall in love and get married, no time to have children, in fact, we really don't need to be so tired.

Third, women's employment is not guaranteed: a considerable number of women working in private enterprises basically have no job when they give birth to a child, let alone give birth to two or three children. Letting women give birth to children and raise children full-time would be too inhumane and unauthentic.

To increase the fertility rate, it is necessary to solve the above three problems in a targeted manner, and these three problems are systemic social problems that must be solved by national forces.

Only by solving the three major problems of young people with little money, lack of time and difficulty in finding employment for women can the fertility rate be increased.

1. Solve too little money: Since the birth of young people is related to the future of the country and the nation, the state should spend huge amounts of money to invest in the future, and the total wealth of society should be tilted towards young people. It is both honorable and subsidized for couples of childbearing age to have children, such as free birth, monthly subsidy of 500 yuan for one-child families, 2,000 yuan for the second child, 5,000 yuan for the third child, 3 consecutive years of subsidies, free kindergarten and other financial support measures.

The salaries of retirees in the system cannot be spent, and instead of depositing funds in banks, it is better to transfer them to young people to have children.

A monthly pension tax is levied on unmarried infertile persons over the age of 40 to subsidize families with children until retirement. When you are young, you are happy, and when you are old, you still rely on other people's children to take care of you, then pay to promote others to have children.

2. There is no time to solve it. Resolutely implement the eight-hour working day system and the two-day work system of the labor law, and impose heavy penalties on enterprises that violate the law, so that young people have time to fall in love and get married.

There are fewer children, and then there are fewer teenagers, and who will the enterprises sell to what they produce overtime?

3. Ensure women's employment. For women who give birth to more than two children, the government guarantees employment. Those employed in private enterprises shall be given tax-free care according to the number of people, and state-owned enterprises, communities, public institutions, and party and government organs who are suitable for female positions will be given priority in hiring women with a second child or above.

Women who have more children, have a secure job, have income, plus government subsidies, and only live a good life.

Only by solving the three major problems of young people with little money, lack of time and difficulty in finding employment for women can the fertility rate be increased.

In the next 20 years, promoting birth will be a major national event, which requires the country and the whole society to make great efforts to solve it.
