Recently, the power dispatching and control center of Yunnan Lincang Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid organized the distribution network regulation and control team to prepare the emergency handling plan for the dispatching of power transmission and transformation equipment affected by the mountain fire in 2023 and the emergency handling plan for the distribution network of Lincang Power Supply Bureau in 2023 and the emergency handling plan for power supply dispatching and dispatching of the distribution network of Lincang Power Supply Bureau in 2023 "Spring Festival" and carried out drills.
During the whole exercise, the participating dispatchers had clear thinking, standardized orders, timely and accurate information reporting, and were able to grasp the key points of fault handling. It has shown good ability to command, coordinate and deal with power grid accidents.
The exercise process was summarized and analyzed, and the accident handling measures of the participants were commented. Through drills, the fault pre-control and emergency handling capabilities of distribution network dispatching and operation personnel are tested and improved, and the dispatchers' awareness of safety responsibility and coordination and linkage with departments at all levels and emergency handling capabilities are further improved.
