Zhu Yuanzhang, whose real name was Zhu Chongba, was born in 1328 in Zhongli, Haozhou, which is today's Fengyang County, Anhui.
When I was a child, I moved with my father everywhere, because they were tenant farmers (farmers who did not own land and needed to rent the landlord's house), and in disaster years, the tenant farmers starved to death or the whole family fled the famine. Therefore, Zhu Yuanzhang spent in the cycle of farming and escaping the famine.
In 1344, when the Yellow River burst its embankment, most of Zhu Yuanzhang's family died of illness and starvation, and wanted to find a piece of land to send his father to the soil, but the land was all owned by the landlord, Zhu Yuanzhang went to ask the landlord, but was scolded by the landlord and driven out, and the landlord's brother kindly gave a small piece of land to bury his father.
After Zhu Yuanzhang's home was gone, he went to the nearby Huangjue Temple to work as a child servant and do the most tiring work, but after only 50 days, the Huangjue Temple could not survive, and Zhu Yuanzhang had no way out.
He could only go to work as a beggar, and after three years, the Huangjue Temple was better, and Zhu Yuanzhang returned.
In 1351, the war of the rebel army spread to Huangjue Temple, when Zhu Yuanzhang had no ambitions, he did not know whether to go or stay, Zhu Yuanzhang's fellow villagers defected to Guo Zixing's team and persuaded him to go too, Zhu Yuanzhang was still entangled, until the Huangjue Temple was burned down, he went to join Guo Zixing's rebel army.
Zhu Yuanzhang soon showed wisdom and ability beyond ordinary people, and rushed to the forefront of the war, so Guo Zixing married his adopted daughter Ma Shi to him.
In the event of a possible victory, the Yuan Dynasty changed marshals, resulting in a great defeat of the Yuan Dynasty, several rebel armies won victories and began to occupy other territories, and later Guo Zixing died of illness, and Zhu Yuanzhang became a prince on one side.
