In the process of production and operation, enterprises often have to purchase externally, in order to reduce costs or ensure quality, it is often necessary to determine the procurement intention through multi-party bidding and price comparison. The review of supplier qualifications and the management of the supplier bidding process became a challenge. In order to solve this problem, Zion and Mingdao Cloud launched a supplier bidding management solution, which uses Zion to create a customized front-end interface and use Mingdao Cloud's zero-code capability to build enterprise back-end management applications, so as to realize the systematic management of the whole process from supplier review to project bidding, supplier bidding and winning bidding, and then to performance and delivery.
By using Zion's preset UI components, users can build personalized front-end pages in a no-code way, and present Mingdao cloud worksheet data based on the API capabilities of Mingdao Cloud. In the Supplier Management Joint Solution, customers operate in the Mingdao Cloud, while external suppliers operate on the Mini Terminal. The operation process is as follows:
1. After the customer creates a supplier management applet project in Zion, install the corresponding supplier management application in Mingdao Cloud, obtain the API configuration information of Mingdao Cloud application, and take it to Zion for configuration and release it for online use.
2. Suppliers only need to scan the QR code and log in through the mobile phone number verification code to apply for supplier qualification. Customers can conduct supplier audit operations in Mingdao Cloud, and after the review is passed, the supplier can bid for the published bidding project.
3. Customers can publish bidding projects in Mingdao Cloud, select the winning supplier, automatically create an order according to the quotation information, and notify the supplier to formally sign and perform the contract.
4. After the formal contract, the supplier uploads the delivery list, express information, etc. in the mini program; After the customer accepts it, confirm that the order is completed.
5. If the supplier has any problems, he can initiate a work order in the Mini Program, and the customer will automatically notify the supplier after the customer will reply to the work order in Mingdaoyun; At the end of each year, the customer can conduct an annual evaluation of the supplier, and notify the supplier of the information after the evaluation is completed.
6. The whole process data from supplier qualification review to project bidding, supplier bidding and winning bid, and then to performance and delivery are recorded on the Mingdao cloud platform.
User Guide
1. Install the template and configure the API
1.1 When Zion creates an applet project, select "Supplier Management Applet" to create it
1.2 Enter Mingdao Cloud, click Application Library, search for "Supplier" application, find "Supplier Management Zion & Mingdao Cloud", and complete the application installation.
1.3 Find and copy the Appkey and Sign of the app you just added
1.4 Configure the Appkey and Sign of Mingdao Cloud in Zion
1.4.1 Find and open the Global Settings button
1.4.2 Expand Set Global Data and paste the Appkey and Sign content of Mingdao Cloud into the corresponding value position.
1.5 Find and copy the callback address in Zion's Behavior Stream
1.6 In the "Necessary Configuration" table of Mingdao Cloud, modify the callback address of the Mini Program
1.7 Pre-release & release project Click the pre-release button in the upper right corner of Zion to authorize the release of the WeChat public platform Mini Program account for the project, and when the pre-release is successful, you can click the [Publish] button on the right side of the pre-release to officially submit the online request, and you can use the Mini Program on WeChat after WeChat is approved.

2. Publish bidding information: Customers can publish bidding projects directly by creating records in the Mingdao Cloud application, and suppliers can only see the projects in the bidding on the Mini Program

"Zion" provides users with pre-packaged software engineering capabilities, and on the front end is a WYSIWYG editor based on the React framework, allowing users to freely design interfaces, interact and design data models through the industry-standard interaction methods of Sketch and Ink Knife familiar to designers/product managers. When using it, "Zion" abstracts technical details (such as databases, APIs, servers, local caches, etc.) into easy-to-understand operations as much as possible, allowing users to jump out of technical details and only focus on the core design of the product.
