The whole county should deepen its understanding, further strengthen the confidence and determination of the development of the private economy, effectively unify thinking and action with the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, closely follow the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, firmly establish the concept of "enterprise first, entrepreneur first", improve the long-term mechanism for serving the normal situation of enterprises, continue to optimize the business environment, improve the efficiency of government services with higher efficiency, protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises with greater efforts, take more practical measures to reduce enterprise costs, and build pro-Qing government-business relations with a better work style, and strive to achieve "zero distance" between government and enterprises.
