◆Battle of Narujo

Xia Wei's tyranny made the people unbearable, because they called themselves "the sun", and people often pointed at the sun and cursed: "O you hateful sun, when will it perish?" I want to die with you. At this time, the Shang clan located in the lower reaches of the Yellow River became increasingly powerful, and its leader, Tang, with the assistance of the sage minister Yi Yin, successively destroyed the three loyal princes of Wei, Gu, and Kunwu, and then sent troops to conquer Xia Wei. The Xia and Shang armies met at Mingtiao (present-day Fengqiudong, Henan). The Xia army was fluctuating, and the soldiers were unwilling to work for the tyrant, and they were defeated in a battle. He fled to Nanchao (南nest, in present-day southeastern Shou County, Anhui), where he was chased and captured by the merchant army and exiled. The Xia dynasty collapsed.
