　　In 1960, Professor Ruckus Mandulbaum invented the Titan Badge, a device that allows humans to have special superpowers. He took in three hapless young men and created an unusual family of superheroes who quickly rose to fame. However, over time, the business family breaks down and the professor replaces the team with a new batch of superhero teenagers.
