On July 25th, "Picking Up Thin Starlight in the Fragments of Life - "Endless Distance" New Book Launch" was held in The Central City of Shenzhen Book City.
Endless Distance is a collection of essays that chronicles the author Shi Xiaohan's one-year study in France, including how she traveled in Europe, how she integrated into the local culture, and how she discovered and enjoyed food. In the process of narration, she understands, adapts, and integrates into the life of a small French town from the perspective of a foreigner, and also learns how to get along with herself.
The book also records many details, such as interesting gatherings and jokes between friends, wonderful encounters and unguarded moments of embarrassment during the journey, the carnival of a group of people and the loneliness of being alone, all of which will have an endless connection with each other at the moment when every reader opens the book.

The title of "Endless Distance" was inscribed by the famous writer Wang Meng, and the prose writer Wang Lang wrote an interesting preface to the book, in which he attributed Shi Xiaohan to the optimist and read her short but real happiness.
