A long goodbye

author:Strict Q

The farewell of love takes place between Mrs. Wade and Lenox. The two men were old acquaintances and once unforgettable lovers, but they had just been married, and Lenox had participated in the world war, losing all the news in the battle on the front line.

The loss of a lover, Lady Wade, is undoubtedly incomparably painful, but the days will pass, especially a fairy-like Lady Wade, who always does not return to the lack of suitors. So Mrs. Wade met the novelist Wade, and the two married, although Mrs. Wade's heart was still obsessed with Lenox.

Mr. Wade's books sold well and were well paid, and Mr. and Mrs. Wade lived the lives of the richest people in Los Angeles, with a large mansion that everyone envied.

However, life will always play tricks on those who are happy. At a gathering of friends, Mrs. Wade meets the old Lenox, who has completely changed and is no longer the lover he once was.
