Netflix will adapt "The Unfortunate Adventures of Raymond Snitch" into a TV series

Netflix will co-develop, in collaboration with Paramount, the best-selling novel A Series of Unfortunate Events, based on Daniel Handler (pen name: Lemony Snicket), into a live-action television series.

The novel was previously adapted into a film in 2004, starring comedy guru Kim Carey, and grossed $200 million worldwide.
