Synopsis:
Simon (Jeremy Irons) is a well-rounded, vicious terrorist. In order to realize a shocking conspiracy, he first created an explosion. As the police tense up to solve the case, he calls Sheriff John McAllen (Bruce Willis) and claims that the police must follow his series of instructions or he will continue to carry out bombing activities throughout the city.
With the help of grocery store owner Zeus (Samuel L. Jackson), McAllen completes a series of Instructions from Simon, surviving several times. Unsatisfied, however, Simon ordered McLean to defuse the bomb in the street garden and claimed to have planted it in a small school in New York City. Police and municipal officials almost all went out to evacuate students and search for bombs in elementary schools.
McAllen gradually becomes suspicious of Simon's instructions one after another, and he finally discovers the truth behind Simon's mobilization of the city's police force...
