According to media reports, according to the news released by the Japanese Ministry of Defense, the Self-Defense Forces tracked the emergence of a huge Russian cruiser fleet near Naguni Island, which was dominated by the 10,000-ton "Varyag" missile cruiser, followed by anti-submarine ships and supply ships, and a total of five warships entered the waters of the East China Sea.

In contrast, China's 41st Gulf of Aden escort group, which had just returned home, was full of vigor and returned with honor. The Chinese warship formation also recently crossed the Miyako Strait and entered the East China Sea, successfully returning to a port in Zhejiang.
This time, China sent the cutting-edge Type 052D destroyer "Suzhou", the Type 054A frigate "Nantong", and the integrated supply ship "Chaohu", two of which are on the first ocean mission.
