When she was a child, her mother slapped her, and she gritted her teeth and glared, forcing back her tears. As long as it is something she decides, even if she is beaten ten times, she will not bow her head and admit her mistake.
But life is dedicated to all kinds of disobedience. In 2006, she experienced a major avalanche in her life, when her son was only 1 year old and her husband disappeared to avoid debt.
All that Luo Jing was left was a son and a joint debt between husband and wife. Faced with repeated visits from debt collectors, she was exhausted and finally had to sell her house in Beijing's third ring road and move to the fifth ring road.
Before that, Luo Jing had always been an outdoor enthusiast. But since the accident at home, she has returned to her IT industry to earn money to support her family.
When she paid off the debt, everything was settled. Luo Jing suddenly realized that people's lives are actually very short, if they can't do what they want to do in this life, then what fun is there in this life?
In 2011, Luo Jing quit her job to challenge Manaslu, the first 8,000-meter peak, and successfully reached the summit.
At that time, she was just a puppet on a mountain, with no sense of autonomy, and others took her wherever she went. The mountain cost Luo Jing 100,000 yuan, which was the money she originally wanted to buy a car.

In Bloart in 2015, she experienced an avalanche when she felt like she was only half a minute away from death.
That time, the leader suddenly changed his plans to reach the summit and set off a day earlier. During the summit, when Luo Jing and her teammates were still immersed in the ice and snow fairy tale, they did not know that danger was approaching.
At that time, Luo Jing also photographed a small avalanche, which she regarded as a natural wonder, but in fact, it was a silent warning from the snow mountain to them.
Snowy mountains are like this, behind the crystal clear ice and snow wonderland, danger creeps in. A row of snow waves rushed from top to bottom.
At the moment when the snow mountain collapsed, Luo Jing was wrapped in a huge snow wave and rolled downward. Luo Jing could hardly control her body.
Under the pull of the safety lock lanyard and the impact of the snow wave, Luo Jing felt that her chest was almost suffocated, and finally she inserted herself into the snow in an inverted V-shaped position.
In the end, it was her bright orange gloves that saved her life, and when Sherpa dug her out of the snow, she really felt what it meant to escape death.

In order to achieve the goal of anaerobic mountaineering, Luo Jing will always climb higher than others when training, and she consciously exercises herself.
When she first started trying anaerobic climbing, she threw up 7 times in one night. This frustrated her, and she wanted her son to witness her success after pushing her limits.
In July, she tried to summit Anna, but after 13 hours of anaerobic climbing, she was still unable to hold on one hour from the summit.

For sponsorship, she does not take the initiative to dig. Because she wants her mountaineering to be unfettered, she doesn't want to be bound by so-called commercial values.
There was really no money, Luo Jing also thought about selling the house in the fifth ring road, and then buying a cheap house elsewhere, saving money to climb the mountain.
In the face of the pressure of life, Luo Jing has never complained. In her opinion, everything is the best arrangement, and all she can do is accept everything in life.
Life and death on the snowy mountain road
On the mountain, Luo Jing has experienced the edge of life and death many times. But there were three things that really made her calm down and talk to death.
The first is about the "mountain victims". Some people say that for climbers, being buried on the mountain is the best destination.
But when Luo Jing saw the body of the mountain victim whose skin was almost transparent, she felt that these people must be thinking about living at the last moment of their lives.
In Annapurna, there is a monument with the names of the victims. Of course, there are also anonymous people who lie forever under the snowy mountains.
This made Luo Jing truly understand: to fear nature and cherish life. For mountaineers, mountaineering is never a game of death, but a communion with nature.
The second was in Kanchen Jungya in 2013, where five members of the 15-member team were killed. Among them was a young Korean man.
Above the mountains, the good and evil of human nature will be infinitely magnified. In the mountains, being selfish can kill you.
At that time, when retreating from the mountain, Luo Jing met this Korean guy, and they originally planned to act together.
But because there was a member of the Korean guy team with legs and feet, he wanted to take care of that player. But if they do, their descent will be delayed by a few hours.
In Luo Jing's opinion, it was better to go down the mountain sooner rather than later, so she decided not to wait for their group and go down the mountain as soon as possible.
As a result, a few hours after she descended the mountain, bad news came from the mountain, and 5 people, including the Korean guy, were killed by a slip.
This experience made Luo Jing realize that in the mountains, any choice is crucial, and it may decide a person's life and death. From then on, every time she made a choice, Luo Jing would be cautious.
The third incident was also in June 2013, when Yang Chunfeng, the mentor who led her to the mountaineering gate, was shot and killed in Pakistan.
Before that, Luo Jing had originally taken climbing the Parbat Peak in Pakistan as her next climbing goal.
After learning of this incident, while she was saddened by the loss of a mentor, she was also afraid in her heart.
Because at that time, the terrorist group had publicly stated that similar intimidation operations would be carried out later, and the adventure company she chose was the company that had the accident.
Luo Jing was a little hesitant, but her friend Oscar told her to "don't let the fear of the outside world control your heart."
Hearing these words, Luo Jing resolutely stepped on the plane to Pakistan and completed her own road to the top.
In 2018, Luo Jing began to climb the 14th peak she wanted to challenge, the 8,027-meter-high Shishabangma Peak.
This peak is the shortest of the 14 peaks, but it is also the most controversial mountain after Luo Jing's climb.
To this day, people still have objections to Luo Jing's position at the top. Luo Jing herself felt that they had reached the wrong top, but the organizers believed that they had reached the top.
Today, Luo Jing spends more time on her son Nonuo, and she travels, skydives and glides with Nonuo. The 17-year-old Nonuo is becoming more and more like a mother: brave, strong, and daring to challenge.
