A month has passed since the 2022-23 NBA season, and it was decided to revisit some of the big deals of the NBA offseason to see how the team feels right now and rate the team.

1. Donovan Mitchell was traded by the Jazz to the Cavaliers

The Cleveland Cavaliers acquired: Donovan Mitchell

The Utah Jazz acquired: Colin Sexton, Laurie Mackanen, Ochai Agbagi, three future first-round picks, two picks swapped

How Cleveland feels: Mitchell's fit in Cleveland was seamless. Their young core Garland, Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley performed well. They now look like part of the title contenders and it's clear they'll be making a voice at the top of the East for many years to come.

Utah Feelings: The Jazz's feeling is a win-win. The Jazz are excited to send Mitchell, get some promising young players and three first-round picks. Markkanen could become an All-Star, and Sexton has always been a super-reliable role player. When they don't perform well, they choose to tear down the rebuild or make player trades because they have a lot of future picks.

Rating: Knight A+, Utah A+

2, Rudy Gobert came to the Timberwolves

Minnesota Timberwolves get: Rudy Gobert

The Utah Jazz won: Malik Beasley, Patrick Beverley, Leandro Bormaro, Jared Vanderbilt, No. 22 pick (Walker Kessler), 3 future first-round picks, 1 protected future first-round pick, 2 picks swapped

Minnesota's feelings: The Timberwolves may now begin to regret their actions. So far, Gobert's numbers are still pretty good. But Minnesota's Twin Towers lineup doesn't seem to be working, with Gobert's 64.0 percent true shooting far below last season's league-led 73.2 percent.

Utah feelings: Utah got the Timberwolves' instant player and received six unprotected first-round picks, one protected first-round pick, and four picks in exchange. Jazz makes a steady profit

Rating: Minnesota D, Utah A+

3. Dyote Murray in collaboration with Trae Young

Atlanta Hawks win: Dyote Murray, Jock Randale

The San Antonio Spurs acquired: Danilo Gallinari, two future first-round picks, a protected future first-round pick (from the New York Knicks), and a draft pick exchange

Atlanta feeling: The Hawks gave away their future first-round pick, but found a defensively talented backcourt partner for Young. Murray was the main reason the Hawks defense jumped from 26th last season to 8th this season. If Atlanta can continue to do so, the deal will be worth it.

San Antonio's feelings: Murray missed the Spurs' roster, but they turned a player who didn't fit their long-term plans into multiple first-round picks in one fell swoop and were poised to take Winbanyama in one fell swoop.

Rating: Atlanta B+, San Antonio B+

4. D'Antoni Melton heads to the 76ers

Philadelphia 76ers wins: D'Antoni Melton

Memphis Grizzlies get: No. 23 pick (David Roddy), Danny Green

Philadelphia feelings: The 76ers got a guard and blended in well with his new teammates.

Memphis' feelings: If Roddy develops into the player Memphis expected, then they will be happy with the deal.

Rating: Philadelphia A, Memphis C

5, Christian Wood signed with the Mavericks

Dallas Mavericks wins: Christian Wood

Houston Rockets get: Marquis Chris, Sterling Brown, Trey Burke, Boban Majanovich, No. 26 pick (Wendell Moore Jr.)

Dallas' feelings: The Lone Rangers were thrilled to find a replacement for Christopus Porzingis, especially as Wood averaged 15.6 points and 7.8 rebounds per game while shooting 46.2 percent from three-point range.

Houston's feelings: The Rockets traded veterans for a first-round pick, then they traded Moore for first-round player Tedty Washington Jr. (No. 29 pick), as well as two future second-round picks.

Rating: Dallas A, Houston B

6. Malcolm Brogdon joins the Celtics

Boston Celtics wins: Malcolm Brogdon

Indiana Pacers gets: Aaron Nesmith, Malik Fitz, Daniel Theis, Juwan Morgan, Nick Stauskas, future first-round picks

Boston Feelings: Brogdon accepted a smaller role in Boston because his average playing time was the fewest of his career. But he almost single-handedly transformed the Celtics' bench, and for a team that dreams of returning to the NBA Finals — it's well worth it.

Indiana Feelings: The Pacers have nothing to show in the trade, but they have more salary space than before and can look to trade to bring in big-name players.

Rating: Boston A, Indiana B

7. Bojan Bogdanovich also left Utah

Go back and rate 8 2022 NBA offseason trades: Cavaliers and Jazz win-win, A+ deals

Detroit Pistons wins: Bojan Bogdanovich

Utah Jazz wins: Saben Lee, Kelly Olynyk

Detroit feelings: The Pistons have signed Pogdanovic to a two-year contract extension. He's a good fit for the current young Pistons.

Utah Feelings: The Jazz got Lee, Olynyk, two players who have been a shocking big part of their start to the season.

Rating: Detroit B+, Utah A

8. Royce O'Neal heads for the Nets

Go back and rate 8 2022 NBA offseason trades: Cavaliers and Jazz win-win, A+ deals

Brooklyn Nets get: Royce O'Neal

The Utah Jazz receive: Future first-round picks

Brooklyn feelings: If you're a championship contender, trading a first-round pick for a solid three-point starter is a perfect move. Obviously O'Neal is not a changer for the Nets, as they are a bit far from the championship race.

Utah Feelings: The Jazz became the best performing team in the NBA offseason.

Rating: Brooklyn C, Utah A+
