Marcus Rashford will play in the World Cup after it was Eric Ten Hag who turned him into a smiling assassin. The Manchester United striker is doing what he does best – scoring goals for the club he loves.
Southgate has already added him to the 26-man squad for the World Cup in Qatar and the England boss believes Ten Hag's move to Old Trafford has helped Marcus Rashford regain the "killer instinct" he displayed at the age of 18.
Marcus Rashford said: "The manager loves to have the ball in control, but he's not averse to letting us attack at full capacity, which is why I've changed this season. I'm enjoying football with all my heart and soul again. The manager has created a style of play that creates more chances and we are really playing a forward-thinking style of football.
"So I'm enjoying my time under him and hopefully we can continue." We have already dropped points against Aston Villa last weekend and we cannot afford to lose back-to-back games. So it's important for us to play against Fulham and to have a great performance and win. ”

Marcus Rashford, a Manchester United fan who grew up in football-loving Manchester's Whiteshaw district, feels and cares more about the club's ups and downs than most. Injuries and a decline in form once cost him a place on the Three Lions, but he's now back with tremendous energy. The 25-year-old has scored eight goals for United this season, two in a strong conversation with Arsenal and another in a win over arch-rivals Liverpool.
He said: "It's always an honour to be selected for the England squad. I'm really looking forward to the World Cup. I'm excited and hopefully we can have a good game and see how far we can go. With our current squad, anything is possible. I'm more efficient than I was when I made my first appearance for England, I can score goals and assists. That's my goal. ”
