Carry out special actions to crack down on illegal crimes such as pension fraud and insurance fraud, and all pension fraud cases have been cracked. During the "100-day operation," the Daqi Public Security Bureau successfully smashed a juvenile criminal gang that had traveled to many places and had a series of robberies, picking quarrels and provoking troubles, intentionally injuring, stealing merchants, and stealing property in vehicles, arrested 15 criminal suspects, and cracked more than 100 cases, involving a total value of more than 300,000 yuan.
Cracking down telecommunications network fraud cases has actively recovered the people's property losses. Organized and held the city's on-site meeting to combat and control telecommunications network fraud and crimes, and jointly built an anti-fraud center (intelligent investigation center) with Kangbashi to integrate shared resources, and since 2022, the city's electronic fraud cases have decreased by 55.3% year-on-year; 600 cases were solved, 954 suspects were arrested, the number of economic losses decreased by 34.9% year-on-year, more than 30 criminal gangs involved in the "two cards" were destroyed, and more than 12.2426 million yuan of funds were effectively frozen.

The number of criminal arrests has increased significantly. Since 2022, a total of 2,110 people have been punished, and the number of people punished for theft and fraud cases has also increased year-on-year. In particular, the Dongsheng Sub-bureau spent three months and 11 provinces across the country to successfully overcome the "4.08" extraordinarily large cross-border online gambling case involving more than 4 billion yuan, and arrested 65 people involved in the case.
