According to the specialties of different investment promotion teams, combined with advantageous industries and development centers, respectively, we aim at high-quality enterprises and high-end projects in the fields of artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, new materials, etc., and take the initiative to attract investment accurately.
Xujiahui Economic Development Company in the First War Zone took the initiative to actively dock with the world's leading food enterprises, comprehensively introduced Xujiahui's commercial carrier resources, and attracted enterprises to open their first store in Xuhui. Hengfu Economic Development Company focuses on high-end fashion consumption, green and low-carbon new track to attract investment, focusing on the characteristics and industrial positioning of Hengfu Landscape Protection Area. In the World War II zone, Caochuang Economic Development Company visited nearly 30 key target enterprises to introduce Xuhui's business resource endowment and four major industrial agglomeration advantages; Fenglin Jingfa Company went deep into the medical equipment exhibition area, introduced Xuhui clinical resources and functional carriers to key target enterprises, and invited enterprises to visit and exchange after the Expo.
Binjiang Economic Development Company of the Third War Zone negotiated with Toyota, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and other companies in the intelligent networked vehicle industry, and invited enterprises to participate in the display of intelligent driving experience area in Binjiang Media Port. In the fourth war zone, Xuhui Economic Development Company contacted the person in charge of the exhibition of leading enterprises in the food industry on the spot and made a detailed reply to the concerns of the enterprise. Nanxuhui Economic Development Company docked with the distribution agents of Japanese daily chemical department stores to introduce the advantages of Xuhui business and trade development. The two sides will take the Expo as an opportunity to promote future cooperation with Xuhui.
While focusing on the strong docking of high-quality resources, the Xuhui investment promotion team also upgraded its services during the Expo to tap the potential of the stock. During the exhibition, the leading industrial departments of each war zone and the functional zone companies took the initiative to visit enterprises to provide key tracking services, helping existing enterprises to achieve accurate support for the development of Xuhui.
"For example, we learned that household management enterprises such as Qilu Pharmaceutical Group, Oriental Gene, Shanghai Jienuo, Dunfu Medical Group, and Shanghai Pharmaceutical Holdings have signed some project contracts with exhibitors at the Expo, which is actually a good clue to attract investment." The World War II Zone aims to establish a venue information tracking mechanism, dig deep into investment information, and further strengthen the concentration of Xuhui biomedical industry.
Huajing Town, the Fifth War Zone, visited the booth of Shanghai Qingletang Information Consulting Co., Ltd., which was newly introduced this year, and its upstream and downstream platform companies were comprehensively introduced to enterprises in the future development and construction, and combined with the core business of the enterprise, focused on publicizing Xuhui's first-mover advantage in the metaverse industry and the latest industrial policies, hoping that enterprises would further deepen cooperation with Xuhui and strive to form more pragmatic results.

The battlefield of investment promotion at the Expo is not only in the field, but also outside the field.
At this year's CIIE, exhibitor Oso from Iceland brought the world's only intelligent upper limb prosthesis that can switch gripping movements by sensing position movement. Gently pinch a napkin and hold a bottle of mineral water steadily... The refined grasping action of this bionic hand through the brain-computer interface has attracted the attention of many audiences. The Xuhui investment team of the tour learned that Iceland will debut in the national exhibition of the Expo this year, displaying the investment environment, healthy life, tourism, food and other themes online, and Icelandic Ambassador to China Ibray is also very concerned about the participation of Icelandic enterprises.
Hongmei Street and Caochuang Economic Development Company have already learned about the relevant situation of the enterprise, and during the Expo, the Xuhui District Investment Promotion Office and the two parties jointly visited the local enterprise Oso Prosthetic and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. During the visit, he had a discussion and exchange with Icelandic Ambassador to China Ibray and his entourage, publicized and introduced the good business environment in Xuhui, upgraded service enterprises to set up regional headquarters, and invited more Icelandic enterprises to invest in Xuhui.
CIIE is a national-level platform and window, in just 6 days, business executives, diplomats, etc. from all over the world gathered in Shanghai, and various exchange activities were taking place inside and outside the museum. This year is the 50th anniversary of Sino-Singaporean diplomatic relations, as a New Zealand enterprise, Shanghai Ranau Trading Co., Ltd. participated in the New Zealand Characteristic Brand Promotion Conference of the Expo outside the museum. With the help of this activity, the First World War Zone Hengfu Economic Development Company successfully conducted in-depth exchanges with enterprises.
At the same time, Xuhui's investment promotion team is also actively expanding investment channels. This year, Xuhui Economic Development Company and the European and American Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association carried out negotiations and exchanges, and the two sides jointly explored investment promotion activities in the future, built an interactive platform for governments, associations, and European and American enterprises, and formed a consensus on interactive and complementary development.
At this year's Expo, the District Investment Promotion Office and the five major war zones cooperated tacitly, and jointly expanded and upgraded the "circle of friends" to attract investment and talent. According to statistics, during the 6-day exhibition, the District Investment Promotion Office and the five major war zones attracted 280 merchants, with an average of 31 daily visits, a total of 369 docking enterprises, more than 410 materials were distributed, and 28 key enterprises continued to follow up after the Expo.
In the next step, the companies in various industrial departments, towns and functional areas of Xuhui District will continue to cohesion, closely coordinate, do in-depth and detailed business services, continuously improve the quality and quantity of enterprises, and help empower the high-quality development of the regional economy.
