(Observer Network News) A few days ago, there was unconfirmed news that after the "Nord Stream" natural gas pipeline leak, then British Prime Minister Truss immediately sent a message to US Secretary of State Blinken that "It's done". On Tuesday (November 1), local time, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zakharova asked London to explain the news on social media.

Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel: "To be honest, I am not interested in who got this information, or how they got it. I am only interested in London's answer to the following question: Did (then) British Prime Minister Liz Truss send a message to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken immediately after the Nord Stream pipeline explosion saying 'it's done'? ”

She also said millions of people around the world were waiting for Britain's official statement on the issue, "people have a right to know what really happened in the global energy security incident and what role the Anglo-Saxons played in this attack".

Earlier, the British "Sunday Mail" first quoted anonymous sources on Saturday (October 29) to report that Truss's personal phone was hacked by the Russian side during his tenure as foreign secretary, up to a year's worth of mobile phone messages were downloaded, and many "top secret details" were leaked, resulting in potential extortion risks. Specifically, she and senior foreign diplomats discussed the Russia-Ukraine conflict, such as details of arms shipments to Ukraine, and her and her ally and former finance minister Kwarten criticized former Prime Minister Johnson.

The incident was discovered during Truss's campaign for Conservative Party leader this summer, after which she was forced to change her mobile phone number that she had been using for more than 10 years, and cabinet officials and advisers were unable to contact her, causing concern. At present, the mobile phone involved has been locked in a safe in a secure government premises.

A spokesman for the British government responded that the government has strong systems in place to protect politicians from cyber threats, but would not comment on individuals' information security plans.

Also on the 29th, the Russian Ministry of Defense directly accused British Royal Navy officials of participating in the "Nord Stream" incident, and "British experts" from the same team commanded Ukraine to launch a drone attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet. The British Ministry of Defense denied the accusations, saying that they were "the latest fabricated stories", and in turn accused Russia of trying to use "large-scale dissemination of false accusations" to divert attention from their performance in the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

The next day (October 30), the American online network hard disk service Megaupload and the founder of Mega Kim Dotcom responded to British media reports on social media that Truss's mobile phone may be hacked, saying that Moscow's accusations against London were based on information obtained from mobile phones.

Dortcom said Truss sent Blinken a "done" message "one minute after the pipe exploded, before anyone else knew about it." He suggested he obtained this information from the iCloud account of Truss's other phone, but provided no evidence.

On November 2, Dortcom tweeted his response to a BBC reporter's query about his source. He said his evidence was the same as "provided anonymously to the US media by US intelligence sources and reported as facts", "I believe the BBC is familiar with the concept and you have been doing it all along".

Dortcom also said he didn't have access to Truss's other iPhone. "Since the Edward Snowden leaks, the extent to which the intelligence services have penetrated all the big scientific and technological databases has been evident... This means that any information sent on civilian communication channels is undermined by several top-tier intelligence-gathering countries. ”

"I saw that the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry openly raised this issue with the British government. I don't think they would have done it if they didn't already know the answer. Dortcom wrote.
