10, "Barwei Supermarket" (Season 3, Episode 5: Sal's Death)
Barilla is a spectacular show that showcases working-class American life experiences, and anyone who has worked in retail will immediately recognize the true situation of these characters. "Halloween 2" of "Troubled Detective" tells the story of Sheriff Ray Holt who takes revenge after losing a bet with Jack Peralta the previous year, and it is clear that Holt has been planning this revenge for an entire year. The Halloween storyline may get more complicated and ridiculous with each Halloween approach, but "Halloween 2" is a tight episode of "revenge."
This is a hilarious follow-up to the Halloween show in the first season of the show, and also laid the foundation for future Halloween shows. As it turns out, Detective Annoyance can narrow down to small details and make them fun and meaningful. This episode also allows the characters to play against each other, proving once again why this cast is always so strong.
8, "Old House Friends" (Season 1, Episode 5: Halloween)
There are few more perfect episodes than Friends of the House, which truly delves into the horror and folliness of Halloween, and in the first season dedicated to Halloween, Friends of the House takes full advantage of the fact that two living people live in a ghost-infested dilapidated manor. The ghosts chase away mischievous "trick-or-treat" children and then blame the children when part of the property is burned.
This episode cements the relationship between Sam, played by Rose McCraver, and the ghost that only she can see. It sets a scene where ghosts show off themselves and show how funny they can be. They can protect themselves by lying, which is even more interesting, because the living cannot do anything about them.
7, "Modern Family" (Season 4, Episode 5: Halloween)
Modern Family's Halloween-themed episodes have always been quite sought-after, and "Halloween" is a highlight. Claire is a Halloween fanatic, because Claire's prank on Halloween last year was so terrifying that no one came to her door this time. Phil had to show clients an old house at night, and he stayed in the old house to wait for customers. A bored Claire came to him, she pretended to be a female ghost hiding in different corners of the old house, trying to scare Phil, but he just called and didn't find her. After the customer came, Phil took them to visit the various rooms of the house, fearing that Claire would suddenly come out and scare the customer. Sending off the client, Phil was about to go home, but was scared half to death by Claire, who was hiding in the old house.
This is a great opportunity to subvert the show's many routines and expand the character's story. Phil deserved a better outcome, but he was once again teased by his family and fell victim to this prank. But he still accepted this farce as always, which invisibly increased his charm.
6, "Philadelphia is Always Sunny" (Season 6, Episode 7: Who Got Dee Pregnant?)
After Dee revealed that she was pregnant, the guys from Always Sunny Philadelphia had to piece together a hazy Halloween party event. What began as a mockery of Dee's changing physical condition turned into a real mystery that recreated a wild night.
This episode turned "Always Sunny" into a hilarious detective short in which Charlie's style of doing things, he just wants to help others, but makes things worse. Memories of this Halloween party are also getting funnier, and the ultimate solution is to get back to normal and make the previous experience fun.
5, "Parks and Recreation" (Season 5, Episode 5: Halloween Surprise)
"Parks and Recreation" always finds a balance between emotion and humor, which is evident in the episode "Halloween Surprises". The episode is packed with content, from a heart attack, "trick-or-treating" a week after Halloween, to Donna loudly and proudly streaming a movie live.
This episode was definitely the best episode of Parks and Recreation, and it would have been fun enough for Ron to be dragged to play trick-or-treating, leaving two kids crying. The humor sets off the emotions, including discussions about the future and Ben's eventual proposal to Leslie, making the audience's laughter mixed with sweetness.
4, "The Office" (Season 7, Episode 6: Costume Contest)
Pan offered a Scranton area coupon to save $15,000 to her office colleagues at Dunder Mifflin Paper Company for a best-dressed contest on Halloween Day, leading to a fierce competition among colleagues for the coupon.
The quirky costumes alone are hilarious, and everyone's painstaking efforts to get a coupon is quintessential office humor. Finally, the cold opening of this episode, where Uncle Stanley of Goldfish Eyes does not notice anything, is definitely the finishing touch of this episode.
3, "The 70s Show" (Season 3, Episode 4: Halloween Spoof)
The '70s Show has always been different in recreating the sitcom genre, and the show was no exception on Halloween specials. In this episode, Fitz wears a black underwear reminiscent of The Rocky Horror Show, and the puzzles they have to solve change from fun to horror.
This particular Halloween adventure set is memorable because it pays homage to Hitchcock's classic films like Psycho, The Birds, and North by Northwest. The tension only adds to the comedic effect, and in fact, it is these characters' homages to the classic characters of film history that make the whole thing ridiculous.

In the early days of The Big Bang Theory, the sitcom experimented with Halloween episodes. Leonard confronts Petunia's boyfriend Kurt, and in the process, not only does the hilarity ensue, but the relationship is also built that sets the stage for the rest of the series.

As Pierce languishes behind a locked door, the study group searches for the book that contains the code to the gate in the dark and eerie house, and along the way they encounter some of the house's secrets. This episode is a live-action tribute to the cartoon Scooby Doo.
