According to Macau media reports, Chen Ronglian's criminal case will start on December 5, and because the case is relatively serious, even if it encounters the epidemic, it will not change the date of trial, and the court informed the parties on Tuesday that the relevant civil lawsuit will be heard separately from the criminal procedure.

Previously, four gaming companies in Macau, including Wynn, Sands, SJM, MGM and the Macau government, sued nine defendants, including Chan Wing-lian, accusing them of allegedly "gambling on the bottom" and other illegal operations to earn illegal benefits, and filed civil damages.

The civil lawsuit in this case is the same as the case of Xi Mihua, because Xi Mihua, Chen Ronglian and others are suspected of illegally seeking profits from "gambling on the bottom", resulting in the loss of a large number of customers and income for the four gaming companies, and tax evasion and evasion have also reduced the collection of taxes in the Macao SAR.

The case of Xi Mihua began on October 10, and he was charged with 289 counts, involving 736.4 billion yuan, and personally earning at least 20 billion yuan of improper benefits.

Chan Ronglian's case, which will be tried on December 5, has committed 83 counts of 83 crimes, involving up to HK$34.9 billion in six years, earning at least HK$1.5 billion in improper benefits, 32.2 billion yuan and 1.38 billion yuan, respectively, and may face 20 years in prison.

The above four enterprises also sued Xi Mihua and others earlier, claiming 8.1 billion yuan.

Two of the four companies are related to the gambling king family, SJM is a company controlled by the gambling king family, and MGM is chaired by Chaoqiong Ho, in fact, Chaoqiong Ho should have been the "speaker" of SJM, but there are regulations that cannot serve as the chairman of multiple companies at the same time, and the current "speaker" of SJM is He Chaoqiong's sister He Chaofeng.

At present, the four gaming companies have not disclosed how much they claim from Chen Ronglian, and it is believed that it will not be less than 9 figures.

Chen Ronglian has not appeared since his arrest at the beginning of the year, and his wife An Yixuan has also become an "invisible person", who has not been photographed by Taiwan media, and is estimated to have been staying in Macau to accompany both parents and young children.

A family of four was originally very warm, and before Chen Ronglian's personality collapsed, he often bought expensive gifts for his wife, and held at least three or four luxurious bosoms a year to celebrate various anniversaries.
