When it comes to Loncodo, people are no strangers. He was the uncle of the Yongzheng Emperor and an important helper of Yongzheng in seizing the throne. Loncodo was from a prominent background, he was the second son of Tong Guowei, a first-class duke, and a down-to-earth aristocratic figure. During the Kangxi period, he rose to prominence, especially in the middle and late periods, and he rose to the top and became a major minister.
In the 47th year of Kangxi (1708), at the Burhasu Palace in the Mulan paddock, the Kangxi Emperor announced the abolition of the crown prince on the grounds that he "violated the law and did not obey the precepts, but wantonly harassed the people and committed violent adultery". After that, many brothers began to covet the throne.
In fact, before this, the brothers had already had the idea of seizing the concubine, but it was not made public, and the abolition of the prince opened the curtain on the seizure of concubines in Kowloon. At that time, everyone wanted to win over Loncodo, because he had long served as the commander of the infantry army and controlled the defense of the capital. From ancient times to the present, military power is tempting, no matter which prince wants to be emperor, the security force of the capital must be grasped in hand.
With such a big chip, Roncodo naturally became a fragrant food.
When the princes wanted to win him over, this "conspirator" was also secretly looking at the princes. Although the Eight Masters Party was in the limelight, he eventually chose his nephew Fourth Brother Yinchen. Why is that?
The Yongzheng Emperor was majestic and talented, and this is undeniable.
The gradual rise to power in the late Kangxi period had a lot to do with his talent and character. During the Kangxi period, several major cases that the fourth brother was responsible for handled well and were deeply appreciated by Kangxi. In the fifth year of Yongzheng (1727), the Yongzheng Emperor turned his head to clean up his uncle after cleaning up Nian Xianyao. In the same year, Yongzheng convicted Longkedo of 41 major crimes, including ending the party and engaging in private activities, and almost died for the crime. After being arrested, Longkedo rebelled, and everyone drew a line with him, and Yu Yongzheng died in the prison for six years.
It seems that in the face of feudal autocratic imperial power, the name of my uncle is not easy to use.
