Saiga MK-107
The Saiga MK 107 was first exhibited at the IWA Hunting Show in Nuremberg, Germany in 2013.
In the ERC2015 (2015 IPSC European Rifle Championship) competition held in Hungary on June 14~27, 2015, the main sponsor of the event, the Kalashnikov Group, presented their Saiga 107 rifle at the test firing range, which they called the "AK-15" (this one is not the same as the AK-15 developed based on the AK-12).
Erik, who was present at the time, posted after the test firing that the rifle was very stable and the recoil was very low. It's just that when you fire a double tap, the muzzle shifts significantly to the left. At a distance of 15 meters, this is true for zones A to C-D.
2015 Saiga MK 107 test launch
The standard equipment at the time was a 16-inch floating barrel, CAA stock, and C-MORE red dot sights.
2015 configuration
In 2017, the SR-1 semi-automatic rifle was improved and developed for shooters engaged in IPSC, IDPA and other events. The carefully tuned balanced recoil system makes the SR-1's recoil so light that some shooters say it is almost imperceptible.
SR-1
The SR1 semi-automatic rifle, sold on the official website of the Kalashnikov Group, is sold for 120,000 rubles, which is much higher than the AK74M, which has a visible price of 16,000 rubles.
