When the child is about to be born, the black dog is killed by the woman's reckless brother, the black cloud suddenly disperses, and the secret of the "dragon fetus" is discovered by stargazers. As soon as the child was born, the emperor's soldiers and horses arrived and hunted down this "Son of Heaven" in present-day Gaoqiang.

According to Wang Hanqing, a reporter from Pingyang who was a reporter of "Changsha Traffic News" at the time of liberation, before his death, on the Shicheng Temple in Beijiang Township (now Pingyang Temple) in Youxian County, there was originally a seven-story octagonal ancient pagoda built purely of local purple-brown boulders, called the Tiantai Pagoda. It was founded in the early Yuan Dynasty and has a history of nearly 700 years now... The doors and windows made of the ancient tower are not made of an inch of wood, but are cleverly erected with purple-brown stones.
There is a spiral stone staircase in the tower, spiraling up, to the top of the seventh floor of the tower with a window to overlook, not only the scenery of Shacun (formerly known as Shacun in Pingyang), but also the south side can faintly see the Youcheng Wheel Corridor, and the north side can overlook the Liling Sifen Town 40 miles away. Above the tower gate, there are two large characters carved in stone and concave block "Rooftop", the characters are about 2 feet, and the pen is strong and intriguing. The afterglow of the setting sun, reflected on the tower, is brilliant and dazzling.
It is said that in the early days of the tower, there was originally a copper bell on the top of the tower, and whenever the mountain breeze blew, the jingle bell could be heard for miles. Under the tower is built the "Stone City View", the main hall is dedicated to the "Feng Bo Yushi", and the side hall is dedicated to the "Shanxian Zhenren". Every year of great drought, the sand village gentry led the masses, killed pigs and sheep, prayed for rain, and carried the idols of the Shanxian and traveled around the village fields, which is called "sweeping water". There are two arborvitae trees, a leafy osmanthus tree and a large camphor tree at the entrance of the temple, and there are Jade Emperor, Shanxian, six statues of gods and eighteen arhats around Guanyin. In the golden autumn season of August, the fragrance floats for several miles, refreshing people's hearts; Each Arborvitae plant has a chest circumference of more than five feet, and the cypress leaves are conical in shape, piercing the blue sky. The majesty reveals some seclusion. Before and after the view, or persimmon trees, or bitter oak trees, or pavilions with branches and leaves, such as canopies, intertwined pines, shade the sky and the sun.

With two pairs of men and women dressed in Qing Dynasty costumes singing emotionally, they suddenly attracted the attention of more than 10,000 spectators in the audience. This is the "Yanhua Song" of the Qing Dynasty, which was regarded as the "yellow section" and now facing extinction in order to rescue the folk art heritage of Pingyang Miao Township of Youxian County, and as a key project of "intangible cultural heritage", it was grandly staged on the big stage of the "First Culture and Art Festival of Youxian County" on the evening of October 20, 2010.
"Yanhua Song" was born in the early Qing Dynasty in the mountainous areas such as Pingyang Miao Township, bordering the two counties of Youli, and is a folk love song with a length of more than half a thousand words, it takes a moment to introduce a distant love story with a rare five-sentence style, a slower three-beat rhythm of ingenious poetry, and a non-falling poetic structure and expression; After a while, he entered the role again, vividly showing the sorrow and joy of the male and female protagonists - Zishu with Yanhua. In particular, through the storylines such as "Ten Glasses of Fine Wine Sister Jinglang", it uses the emotional feelings of men and women to pour out and teach people to serve the country loyally, study diligently, honor their parents, love between husband and wife, brotherly harmony, kindness with others, and do not involve casinos, praising the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, which has strong educational significance.
Since its birth, "Yanhua Song" has attracted countless people to copy and sing with its charm. In Pingyang Temple Township, most people over the age of 70 can sing "Yanhua Song", and even have a thick "Yanhua Song" lyrics. However, in that "unprecedented" era, the content of the "Yanhua Song" was swept away as the "four olds", the lyrics were burned, and now it is difficult to find someone who can sing the entire "Yanhua Song", and the new generation of farmers has not even heard of "Yanhua Song". In the national "intangible cultural heritage" survey, in order to prevent this local historical and cultural treasure from being lost from their own hands, the party committee and government of Pingyang Miao Township collected and sorted out "Yanhua Song" as the core content of the "intangible cultural heritage" census and published it as a book. The township also selected "Yanhua Song" as an "intangible cultural heritage" drama performed in the county to rehearse: two middle-aged people around 40 years old and two young students under the age of 20 were respectively selected to be passed down to the generations, and the gray-haired old man was invited to the township to teach singing, and the county cultural center also sent special personnel to guide the scene to revive the long-lost and endangered "Yanhua Song".
In ancient times, Pingyang Temple was once called Shacun, and the regional center was Xinghuaping, which was called "Xinghua Village" by the government. "Yanhua Song" opens with a clear address, and the second paragraph at the beginning of its "Affection" sings like this:
"Peach Blossom Village Head Xinghua Village, see a beauty from afar,
Ten fingertips like white lotus, three-inch golden lotus pomegranate skirt,
Chang'e descends on the dust in the moon. ”
In 2017, the "Yanhua Song", which was born here, has been successfully declared by the Youxian Cultural Center as the sixth intangible cultural heritage protection project of Zhuzhou City.

On the eve of Chinese New Year's Eve 1927, in order to create a new situation in the revolutionary struggle of the peasant army in the north of Youbei, Liu Disheng was expanding his armament in the Pingyang Temple and Huangtuling areas, and the Luoding bandit gang was frightened and dared and hurriedly sent a large number of troops to Pingyang to encircle and suppress the peasant army.
When the arrogant Luo bandits lightly broke into the "pocket" of the peasant army, Liu Disheng gave an order, and in the entire mountain bay of Migu Lake, the sound of gunfire and earthen cannons shook the world, and even the sound of cannons in the iron barrels of the peasants also burst out the power of machine guns, and immediately hit the Luo bandit troops to flee in all directions. In this battle, the peasant army killed more than 10 enemies, including a company commander. After cleaning up the battlefield, the commanders and fighters of the peasant army celebrated the Spring Festival of 1928 with brilliant achievements.
Liu Disheng (1910-1928) was a native of Pingtai Village, Pingyangmiao Township, Youxian County. In September 1926, he was admitted to the Youxian Peasant Movement Research Institute, and in October he joined the Communist Party of China and served as a propaganda committee member of the Pingyang Miao Township Farmers' Association. After the "Ma Ri Incident", he turned into secret activities as a teacher at Yin Quan Elementary School.
In October 1927, under the influence of Mao Zedong's Autumn Harvest Uprising, together with CPC member He Yannian, he organized an armed peasant force of more than 1,000 people to create the Youbei Rebellion Squad, and served as the captain of the general brigade, effectively attacking Luo Dingbu, the security commander of eastern Hunan Province. In February 1928, the rioting peasant army increased to tens of thousands, ready to fight the stubborn enemy again, but due to lack of vigilance, it was attacked by the enemy, the riot failed, Liu Disheng was arrested, and was killed by the enemy in the town of Huangtuling at the age of 18.
"The wildfire burns endlessly, and the spring breeze blows again." In the spring and summer of 1949, it took the lead in secretly establishing underground party organizations and carrying out a series of revolutionary activities that could be sung and cried.
Night sticker slogan. At that time, the propaganda content of the slogans was uniformly drawn up by the party organizations at higher levels, Wang Julin was responsible for accepting them, Wang Qingchi hid in his small building during the day and wrote secretly, and in the dead of night, Wang Qingchi, Wang Haiqing, Liu Desheng, and Yang Qiye secretly posted them along the way from Lin Jiatangling to Pingyang Street. In order to expand the propaganda effect, these revolutionary comrades also wanted people to imitate the barking of dogs, causing the dogs to bark, and after getting up early the next morning, the underground party members deliberately came to the street and proclaimed in public: "Moban is the vanguard of the People's Liberation Army coming, posting so many propaganda slogans, causing so many dogs to bark?" "In this way, the dual purpose of inspiring the masses and intimidating the enemy is achieved."
Capture enemy guns. At that time, in order to maintain its reactionary rule in the Pingyang Temple area, the Kuomintang regime set up a spy base in Longquan Dazhu, and sent two spies to Pingyang Temple Street every morning to maintain the so-called "order". These two spies are not high-ranking and not strong in art, but they are domineering, teasing women, bullying the masses, and preying on the people. Early one morning, Wang Qingchi, Wang Haiqing, Liu Desheng, Yang Qiye and others deliberately invited several better-looking girls, carrying a processed and fragrant morning, deliberately shouting business back and forth on Pingyang Temple Street. At this time, several young peasants secretly arranged by Wang Qingchi and Wang Haiqing rushed up when they saw the opportunity, grabbed their collars to show the public, and immediately seized their guns.
Borrow food from landlords. In order to prepare enough food for the PLA to enter Youxian County, raising grain and supporting the front has become an urgent task of the Pingyang underground party. In the seventh lunar month of 1949, Wang Julin, Wang Qingchi, and Wang Haiqing cleverly designed to "borrow" grain from the big landowners of Xinghuaping. That day, Wang Julin, who wrote well, specially found an "official paper" and wrote an IOU with a brush:
"Dear Elder Wangxiang,
This year, due to the drought and poor harvest of grain rice in our family, it is difficult to sustain three meals a day, so I came to ask you for instructions to borrow grain and land quintals at the Xinghuaping Ancestral Hall Grain Store in Pingyang.

Wang Julin, a native of Chazishan in Pingshuang Village, was originally a rich child, born as a young master, served as a quartermaster in the Kuomintang army, often went in and out of the Kuomintang high society before joining the revolution, and Wang Xiang's chief is also called a brother and a brother, with this relationship, Wang Julin ran to the head of Wang Township who lived in Huangguoling Town, and after getting the personal approval of the township chief "agreeing", Wang Julin, who had a "ghost idea" in his mind, cut the batch strip vertically, and carefully replaced it with the side character that had already been written, from the original Lu Dan approval strip to Lu Shidan, Wang Haiqing and the others handed the approval slip to the patriarch of the ancestral hall, but the landlord did not know the details, and seeing that the head of the township Wang had signed, he had to put grain and land to pick up burdens.

However, the Kuomintang Bai Qixi troops suddenly stationed troops in Huangtuling and other places in the north of Youxian to occupy the mountaintops, preparing to ambush the People's Liberation Army. At this time, a confidential piece of information from the PLA troops was sent to the person in charge of the Pingyang underground party organization by He Congyou, who was assigned by the Liling underground party organization to make scales by hand, and he was ordered to be responsible for quickly transferring it to the underground party organization in Xinshi. At this time, the Yuli Highway has been controlled by the enemy, and the situation is 100,000 urgent! The Pingyang underground party immediately decided to send Wang Haiqing and Liu Desheng to wear bucket pipes on their heads and hold hoes to avoid the main road, pretend to be local peasants to release water in the fields, hoe the shores of the fields, and muddle through the rice fields one by one.
