Today I will tell you about the combat history and life outcome of Deputy Commander Tian, Sun Dade and Liu Xuncang.

At the beginning of the third episode of the novel "Lin Hai Snow Field", Qu Bo describes the process of organizing a bandit suppression team of the Mudanjiang Military Region.

Deputy Commander Tian in the book called a meeting in his office and said bluntly: "Tactically, using a large corps to deal with a small group of bandits is simply equivalent to hitting fleas with fists, flies with howitzers, and shrimp with fishing nets. We should use a strong and strong detachment that can both reconnoitre and fight, fight while reconnoitring, and maneuver with the enemy in the mountains and forests until the enemy is destroyed! ”

"Now we decide," Deputy Commander Tian looked around at everyone, and then stared at Shao Jianbo. "Comrade Shao Jianbo should form a small detachment that should not be too large, but is strong and capable of reconnaissance and fighting, to accomplish this task." "You pick a small detachment of fighters, pick the most daring."

··· A few days later, Shao Jianbo stood opposite Deputy Commander Tian and reported the formation of the squad as if he were reciting a report on the playground: "The composition of the squad includes the reconnaissance hero Yang Zirong, the combat hero Liu Xuncang, the climbing expert Luan Chaojia, and the long-legged Sun Dade..." Subsequently, Deputy Commander Tian and the regiment political commissar instructed to add another hygienist (Xiaobai Ge Bairu).

Historical records record that on October 27, 1945, the naval detachment of Jiaodong Military Region embarked from Shandong and landed on the coast of Zhuanghe River in Liaoning. It was immediately renamed "2nd Detachment of the 3rd Column of the Northeast People's Self-Defense Army in Southern Liaoning". Tian Song served as deputy commander, and the unit was once called the "Tian Song Detachment".

The Tian Song detachment was ordered to come to the Mudanjiang area. At this time, the whole army had grown to more than 3,000 people, with two regiments and a guard battalion under its command, and it was well-equipped, strong and morale! Soon, Tian Song was changed to deputy commander of the Mudanjiang Military Subdistrict,

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, our army established the Andong Naval School, where Tian Song served as the chief of staff, with the rank of colonel, and after that, he once served as deputy commander and commander of the Yulin base of the navy, commander of the Guangzhou base of the navy and other posts. In July 1964, in the sea east of Yulin, he was the deputy commander of the Yulin base at the time, and personally led the team to participate in the battle to sink the Chiang Kai-shek army's "Dajin 1" and "Dajin 2" special agent transport ships.

In 1978, Tian Song was promoted to deputy commander of the South China Sea Fleet. In 1983, he died honorably, and in 2000, he died in Guangzhou at the age of 82!

Sun Dade is based on Sun Dade, whose legs are not long and he was born in Jiaohe County, Jilin Province in 1923. After 1945, Sun Dade joined the Tian Song detachment, and because Sun Dade was familiar with the geographical environment around Mudanjiang, he was transferred to Yang Zirong's reconnaissance platoon as a scout and fought side by side with Yang Zirong. In the battle against bandits, Sun Dade made meritorious service many times and was appointed as the leader of the reconnaissance squad.

In 1948, Sun Dade participated in the Battle of Liaoshen, in the famous Black Mountain Blockade, he was wounded in the leg, left the front, and later recuperated in the hospital, and remained in the hospital as a platoon commander after recovering from the injury. In February 1958, Sun Dade was transferred to the Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an administrative administrator.

Since 1959, Sun Dade has often gone out to give reports to introduce the experience of the anti-bandit squad, and his popularity was very high at that time, so his comrades-in-arms came to visit him, including Qubo's guard Li Hongyi, comrades-in-arms Wei Chengyou, Luan Chaojia, Liu Yuncang, Chen Dazheng, and so on.

At the end of 1969, the "Gang of Four," in the name of a crew in Shanghai, published an article in the twelfth issue of Hongqi magazine, saying that Sun Dade had made a report on the south and sea of the north, sabotaged the revolutionary model drama, and gained political capital. After that, the model play "Outsmart the Tiger Mountain" also changed the character Sun Dade in the original play to Shen Dehua during the performance. Soon after the article in Red Flag magazine was published, he was branded a counter-revolutionary.

In 1977, Beijing rehabilitated Sun Dade and restored his reputation, and soon after was recognized as a revolutionary martyr. The ashes are stored in the Yang Zirong Memorial Hall.

The prototype of the "tank" Liu Xuncang is Liu Yuncang, Liu Yuncang was born in the Nanshi area of Tianjin, speaks an authentic Tianjin dialect, does not change the pronunciation of the old villagers, and inherits the bold character of Tianjin people, which has not changed in his life. When he was studying at Yew Wah School, he was best at sports, playing football, basketball, swimming, wrestling, and cultivating a good body.

In the novel, Qu Bo also vividly describes him, saying that he is brave and impatient, and is called "tank". He was later transferred to the 2nd Regiment of the 1st Division of the 1st Column (38th Army) of Siye, and participated in the two major battles of Liaoshen and Pingjin and the battle to suppress bandits in the south.

On January 14, 1949, when the Battle of Tianjin began, Liu Yuncang, who was already a deputy company commander, was the first soldier, fought fiercely with the enemy at Xiyingmen, rushed into Tianjin City, and with many years of combat experience and familiarity with the terrain, after meeting with friendly troops at Jintang Bridge, he and his comrades participated in the battle to attack the enemy's garrison headquarters, and then went straight to his alma mater, Yaohua School. Braving the enemy's crossfire, he fought bloody battles with his comrades until victory.
