In the trailer for Call Her Daddy, Hayley Bieber admitted that there were rumors that her relationship with Justin Bieber and his previous relationship with Selena Gomez overlapped.

Although the model recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary with husband Justin Bieber, she knows their relationship remains problematic. Now, years have passed since Bieber and Silly Face's relationship ended, and Hailey is quelling the rumors.
"People are obsessed with [Justin and Selena] together," host Alex Cooper noted in the September 26 trailer. "Did he break up when you were with Bieber?"
In response, Hayley told Alex, "It's crazy, I really never talked about this." A lot of the hatred comes from, 'Oh, you stole him.' ’
As for the suspicions of fans over the years? Well, before marrying Hayley, Justin Bieber's relationship with Selena was on and off for about eight years. They rekindled their old relationship at the end of 2017 and then officially announced their breakup in early 2018.
By May 2018, according to sources, news had learned that Selena had "completely left" Justin Bieber. As for Justin Bieber, he was pictured with Hayley in June of that year. Since then, Hayley and Justin, who first sparked rumors in 2014, have become inseparable, and in July 2018, just a few months after he broke up with Selena, he proposed on one knee.
Then, in September 2018, Hayley and Justin Bieber were officially married in New York City court. The Grammy Award winner later confirmed the news on social media during the holidays.
