Canadian actor Robert Cormier died on Friday, September 23, at the age of 33 in Etoby Coker, Ontario.
Comell is best known for appearing in the Canadian hit series "Land of the Heart" and the Netflix horror series "Blood Blood". In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Komil's sister Stephanie said Komil died of injuries from a fall.
Cormier was born in Toronto. According to IMDb, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Fire Protection and Engineering Extension Services. He later attended York University in Toronto, but before graduating, he decided to drop out and pursue an acting career. In 2014, he graduated from the Toronto Academy of Film and Television Performance.
In 2016, Cormier starred in an episode of the TV series Designated Survivor starring Kiefer Sutherland. His best-known work was the third season of the Netflix horror series Blood Blood, in which he played addict Kit Jennings.
In 2021, Cormier starred in the Canadian hit TV series "Land of the Heart", playing the lover of the protagonist Amy Fleming (Amber Marshall).
On August 29, Cormier shared a selfie on Instagram surrounded by scripts for "Land of the Heart," so he's expected to appear in the upcoming season 16. Cormier has also starred in American Gods and Ransom.
