From July 1991 to June 1992, Tavares was the head coach of Boca Juniors Club in Argentina.
From July 1993 to June 1994, Tavares was the head coach of Peñarol.

Loew (born 3 February 1960 in Germany) was a midfielder who retired in 1995. Then Loew started his coaching career.
In 1995, Loew became assistant coach of the Stuttgart club, and in August 1996, Loew became the head coach of the Stuttgart club.
In July 1998, Loew became the head coach of Fenerbahce FC in Turkey.
In October 1999, Loew became head coach of the club Karlsruhe, Germany. In June 2000, Loew was fired;
In December 2000, Loew became the head coach of Adana Club in Turkey. In March 2001, Loew was fired;
In October 2001, Loew became head coach of FC Innsbruck in Tyrol, Austria. In 2002, the club went bankrupt and Loew was dismissed;
In June 2003, Loew became head coach of FC Vienna, Austria.
In August 2004, Loew became the assistant coach of the German national team, and on July 12, 2006, Loew officially became the head coach of the German national team.
On 12 November 2021, Loew officially left as head coach of the German national team and was succeeded by Frank.

Deschamps (born 15 October 1968 in Bayonne, France) was a midfielder who retired from Deschamps in 2001. Then Deschamps began his coaching career.
From July 2001 to September 2005, Deschamps was the head coach of the club Monaco in Ligue 1.
From July 2006 to May 2007, Deschamps was the head coach of Juventus.
From July 2009 to June 2012, Deschamps was the head coach of Marseille FC.
On 8 July 2012, Deschamps was officially appointed head coach of the French national team.
Deschamps has won the honours for coaching the French national team: 2018 World Cup winner, 2021 UEFA League champion.
