It is alleged that William, Andrew, Edward and Sophie Wessex did not meet the Queen for the last time!
The planes of Prince William, the Duke of York, the Earl of Wessex and the Countess landed at Aberdeen Airport at 3.50pm. Just after 5 p.m., they arrived in Balmoral.
The Queen's official spokesman said Prime Minister Liz Teras was informed of the Queen's death at 4.30pm, and two hours later Buckingham Palace released a public statement.
The convoy, including William's Land Rover, arrived at Balmoral Fort just after 5 p.m., with Andrew in the co-pilot's seat and Edward and Sophie in the back seat, 30 minutes after Prime Minister Terrass received news of the Queen's death.
Just after 6:30 p.m., Buckingham Palace issued a statement confirming the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
