The united states and Afghanistan have recently erupted again in a dispute, around the 7 billion US dollars seized by the United States, the Taliban have repeatedly called on the US side to immediately return this property belonging to all Afghan people, but the US side has refused to repay the money for various reasons. On the occasion of the first anniversary of Afghanistan's "changing heavens", the Taliban held a grand military parade in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, to celebrate. Interestingly, the parade site was the former U.S. Military Base in Bagram, Afghanistan.
According to reports, the purpose of the Taliban's grand military parade is to respond to the BLOCKADE and suppression of Afghanistan by the UNITED States. To the surprise of the outside world, for the first time, short- and medium-range ballistic missiles, large-caliber tactical long-range rockets and large-caliber long-range rockets were exhibited at the military parade, which was regarded as a "big killer" that could threaten neighboring countries to deploy the US military. The outside world believes that this is obviously a signal from the Taliban to the United States to "collect debts by force" and demand that the United States immediately repay the money.
Military experts point out that the source of long-range weapons in the hands of the Taliban is not mysterious, and is clearly the result of a large-scale refurbishment of weapons left over from former Afghan government forces. In the late 1980s, during the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, a large number of Scud-B short- and medium-range ballistic missiles and Frog-7 tactical rockets were transferred to the Afghan government forces at the time, and these weapons were used many times in the Afghan civil war and disappeared in recent years. It was not until the Taliban took control of Kabul last year that the stockpiles of weapons were rediscovered from the warehouses.
The outside world believes that the Afghan Taliban regime has repaired these weapons and displayed them at the military parade, which has far less military significance than political significance, and the Afghan Taliban hopes to show its "military appearance" through these weapons display, and to show its strength to the United States and Western countries.
Analysts believe that the strategic control, transformation and so-called "national reconstruction" of Afghanistan by the United States ultimately failed, and the 20-year war on terrorism did not bring stability to Afghanistan, but provided a favorable living soil for extremism, terrorism and various illegal and criminal activities. Terrorist organizations such as "Al Qaeda" regard Afghanistan as a base of activity and continue to grow and develop, seriously threatening the core security interests of neighboring countries, and the Taliban know the harm better than anyone, but due to the limitations of their own strength and means, the Taliban have no way to completely eliminate terrorist organizations and ensure a complete peace.
For the neighboring areas, the Taliban's "unclear and unclear" contacts with various terrorist organizations have made it difficult for them to resume normal diplomatic relations with neighboring countries in a short period of time and win the trust of all parties. Although the US strategic community believes that its military involvement in Afghanistan and the poor effectiveness of geopolitical control have become a "strategic quagmire" that continues to overdraft the limited strategic resources of the United States, and eventually the United States has to complete the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, this does not mean that the United States will completely ignore Afghan affairs, and it will still affect the political situation in Afghanistan in various ways.
If the Taliban cannot effectively control the situation in Afghanistan, the country will once again fall into chaos and even break out into civil war again. Therefore, the Afghan Taliban must warn the United States and the West in various ways not to take advantage of the unstable situation in Afghanistan to take advantage of the situation in Afghanistan, and at the same time, most importantly, to warn the United States by force to immediately return $7 billion of funds to Afghanistan, which will play a huge role in the reconstruction of Afghanistan and the stabilization of the Taliban regime.
