Yang Ping graduated from the School of Chinese Painting of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with a master's degree.
He is a member of the China Artists Association, the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a researcher of the Hong Kong Academy of Painting, a contemporary independent artist, and the founder of Young Ping Space.
Yang Ping's main direction of attack is ink figure painting, and most of her paintings depict people with the breath of life in reality, which also reflects the tone of her realistic creation. She pays attention to the portrayal of the character's expression, the shape is accurate and condensed, the facial portrayal blends realism, exaggeration and deformation, and is good at using ink to create a subtle and meaningful artistic conception. Her current thematic creations focus on the familiar series of seaside life works, such as industrious and rustic fishermen by the sea, urban fashionable women on vacation, naval warriors with their heads held high, and creations with obvious personal tendencies.
