Why do people have nightmares? Is a dream a soul outing? Or is it the remnants of high-dimensional information in memory?

author:There is no need to talk about it

Why do people dream, and how do dreams come about? Is a dream a soul outing, or is it a product of the subconscious mind or the brain? For thousands of years, people have tried to interpret dreams and solve the mysteries of dream formation, and there is still no recognized standard definition in academia. Some scholars believe that dreams are remnants of high-dimensional pieces of information in our memory, Freud believes that dreams are the metamorphosed satisfaction of repressed wishes, and Jung believes that dreams are unconscious, the product of the spontaneous and unharplateral nature of the mind.

The "Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic" believes that the harmony of qi and blood and internal organs in yin and yang, the abnormal qi and blood, the partial prosperity and decline of the five internal organs, and the loss of balance may cause dreams. Regarding the relationship between dreams and diseases, Taoist medicine also has a complete set of theories. Dreams that can predict human body lesions are called "dream evidence" by Taoist doctors, and Chinese medicine believes that some dreams are caused by the imbalance of the yin and yang five elements of the human body. There is a saying in the "Thousand Golden Recipes": "Those who are good at diagnosing and waiting can also meditate deeply on their dreams, but they are perfect." According to dreams, it is possible to infer problems that occur in those parts of the human body, which is called "dream diagnosis."

However, there are many complex factors in the cause of dreams, and not a single situation can be explained clearly.

It is said that "there are dreams of thinking day and night", if you dream about what happens during the day, the storyline is not bizarre, it is some trivial matters of life. It means that there is no deep sleep, and the level of consciousness is still active. This kind of dream is the remnant of the daytime memory in the brain consciousness.

If you always have some bizarre dreams, and this dream has nothing to do with your own life, this kind of dream Doctor will call it "outside the wandering object, the soul is not possessed."

There is also a kind of nightmares, falling from a high place or being chased and killed, the scene is bloody and dirty, then it is possible that the recent mental pressure is greater, and the spirit is more nervous.

Chinese medicine believes that dreaming has a great relationship with the human body, and the unhealthy atmosphere between heaven and earth causes people to have nightmares. The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic, Yun: "It is the knowledge of Yin Sheng that dreams of wading in the water, and the dream of burning fire." If the yin and yang are flourishing, the dreams will kill and destroy. If you are prosperous, you dream of flying, when you are full, you dream of falling, if you are full, you dream of giving, and if you are hungry, you dream of taking; If the liver is full of qi, it dreams of anger, and when the lungs are full of qi, it dreams of crying. Short worms are more dreams of gathering people, and long worms are more dreams of destruction. ”

There are also some people who have some precognitive dreams, from which they foresee dangers, how can this be explained?

As for the origin of dreams, Freud has already systematically discussed in The Interpretation of Dreams, but this is only a partial explanation of the causes of dreams, and we will talk about the reasons for the formation of dreams today through the perspective of a monk.

Dreams can be said to be an alternative display of reality. People who dream a lot have strong spirituality, yinness, and thinking. But if you dream too much, it can cause neurasthenia.

According to the Taoist view, dreams are a sign of divine dispersion. Zhuangzi said that people have no dreams.

"ZhiRen" is a person who cultivates to a very high level. That is to say, people who cultivate very high do not dream. And for ordinary people who practice under them, dreams and reality are the same.

We may encounter things twice, once in a dream and once in reality.

As we have already said in the issue of "Three Souls and Seven Spirits", Taoists believe that after a person falls asleep, there is still a soul at work, and this soul is also at the level of our spiritual consciousness, and it should not be simply understood as a simple brain activity.

Taoists believe that dreams are another manifestation of reality, such as the performance in the same thing, in the dream, which is another interpretation of the soul after the encounter, and can also be understood as the subconscious view of life. So it becomes a dream, and in real life, it is another kind of life experience knowledge memory that reflects and understands things, so we will not regard the dream and the things encountered in reality as the same thing, then dream interpretation, that is, translation work. The ancient sages could accurately translate dreams against reality, but it is difficult for people to do it now. Therefore, in ancient times, there was "Zhou Gong Interpretation Dream", but the current Zhou Gong Interpretation Dream is very different from the ancient times.

Taoists believe that "god meets as a dream." "Dreams change, souls also." This means that when the soul encounters things, it is a comprehensive reflection of the height of the inner world, and it is a highly philosophical expression of the cosmological view of life in the material world.

Freud believed that what was encountered during the day became the material for the night's dreams. And ignores another possibility. It is the influence of the information magnetic field on the human spirit, and it can also achieve dreams, which is what Taoists call the encounter of gods as dreams.

There is a story recorded in "Zhuangzi Foreign Objects": Song Yuanjun dreamed of a man with a shawl peeking at the door and said to him: I am the emissary of Qingjiang on the way to Hebo, and on the way I was caught by the fish. Song Yuanjun woke up and asked people to interpret the dream, and the answer was: This is a divine turtle to dream for help. Song Yuanjun immediately ordered someone to find a man named Yu He and summoned him to the palace, asking him about his recent fishing. After looking for this person, the man said: Just caught a big white turtle. After Yuan Jun got this big turtle, he hesitated to kill or raise it. So I asked Bu, and the bu language was very auspicious to kill the turtle and divination. Later, the tortoise shell divination was indeed very magical.

Don't think that the turtle can really dream to the monarch.

Any thought is a magnetic field, and the strength of the life force is also a magnetic field. When something special happens, it maximizes the magnetic field of life itself. The white turtle's life span was already very long, and when life was threatened, the magnetic field force of life was stimulated. This magnetic field with complaints, struggles, and helplessness remains in time and space, and it is a hazy air mass that does not change. Relative to our minds, it is a chaotic state of existence. Some people are more sensitive to this magnetic field, and after encountering it in a dream or internal scene, they use their own knowledge, knowledge, and experience to translate it into a dream or internal scene. This is one of the factors in the formation of dreams and interiors.

The above dream was translated by the dream interpreter according to the experience of the social environment at that time, so the above conclusion was obtained: the turtle was caught by a fisherman named Yu He, and came to Yuan Jun for help.

And we do not know why the person who distributes the cloak is translated as a turtle, which is a special means of knowledge of the translator, and we cannot understand it. But he translated correctly, and the turtle said that he was an envoy who went from Qingjiang to Hebo, which is the translation of the aura of the turtle by Yuan Jun's divine consciousness, whether it is a turtle from Qingjiang, whether it is an envoy to Hebo, we cannot be sure. According to the Taoist view, it may be. Because dreams are created by God. This is the judgment of the gods on the general activities of the local fish and turtles to the collective impression of the consciousness of the masses. There is a problem with the collective subconscious. The activity of local fish and turtles is the experience of collective experiential consciousness, which is still a chaotic qi in the individual's dream, and after encountering the god, it also needs to be translated into a dream picture by his method to show to the dreamer. Therefore, different people translate the same thing in the dream state differently.

There is also such a story about a dream, a practitioner meditates at night, in the haze of concentration, suddenly saw a white-clad man, came to thank him and said: "I am the donkey who rushed at you on the road, in the past robbery, I have wronged you, and now I have released my grievances, and I will be liberated from my bitterness, and I will be reborn as a human being. Will be born in a certain place on a certain day in a certain month" and left. The practitioner seemed to have a dream instead of a dream, and got up to meditate as usual. The next month, on the appointed day, he found the place where the donkey had said, where a family was going to give birth tonight, and when he learned of it, he was horrified and secretly wrote down the name of the family.

The dream in this story is actually created by the practitioner's divine consciousness. Although the practitioner himself has not yet understood the truth of life, but all information has a time and space field, the practitioner's divine consciousness receives this information magnetic field, knowing that this person will give birth to a child, for various reasons, this practitioner and this child will have a relationship, so his divine consciousness created a dream to complete the story.

The practitioner's frightening spiritual body is in the dream or the inner scene, and when it encounters a future neighbor's house, it will give birth to a child, and some aspects of the child are in the practitioner's subconscious, and there is some connection with the dead donkey. The subconscious mind has come to a conclusion from its own experience: the child is the reincarnation of a donkey. With this conclusion, how can the practitioner understand it? Well, then let the donkey go and tell the practitioner these truths. When the practitioner enters the dream or the interior scene, the donkey tells him where he has gone: he has been reborn at the neighbor's house. After that, the practitioner will be more convinced that the child is the reincarnation of the donkey, and he will find the shadow of the donkey in many of the characteristics of the child. This is like Freud saying that dreams make up the subconscious mind, that the divine mind or subconscious mind weaves this dream, and this truth is like the story recorded in the Liezi: a man loses his axe, suspects that it was stolen by a neighbor, so he observes the neighbor and finds that he talks, walks, and acts like a person who stole his own axe.

Such a story: There is an old Taoist monk who sleeps at noon and dreams of fans. The people next to him saw that he had a "struggling" expression, and a Daoist brother hit him with a "golden light shield", and he woke up at once. Waking up and telling people about the situation in the dream: a group of ghosts asked him for food, surrounded him, he called the people next to him, and quickly raised a token to beat the ghosts. When the person next to him held up a token to fight the ghost, it was the time when the Daoist brother used the "golden light shield".

He had a precursor to this dream: during the day, the Taoist Temple did a super-excessive festival, and this old Daoist ate the biscuits that had just been placed on the table for the ghosts. His subconscious mind recorded the whole thing, and it became such a dream. It's like when we go to bed at night and want to go to the toilet, we dream of going to the toilet.

Why do people have nightmares? Is a dream a soul outing? Or is it the remnants of high-dimensional information in memory?

Because this universe of our physiology is no big or small difference from the outer universe in the dream state, and the master in the dream state is our own subconscious. It can also be said that it is the world of spiritual body or soul, and the spirit of spirit is the basic force that supports the operation of this inner universe. Our spiritual body, in accordance with his knowledge and experience, takes all the knowledge received by the outer world and creates a complete world in the inner world. In this world, we are still placed above our respective positions.

Then the complexity of the visible dream is not a single situation that can be explained clearly, he has both memory fragments and the things encountered during the day as materials, but also through the makeup of the subconscious, but also the encounter of various information magnetic fields with his own spiritual body, a complex result of the organization of the divine consciousness.
