Hotel of Sri Lanka:
The hotel must be listed separately. Because of Sri Lanka's rich and diverse landforms, the hotels here also have a variety of characteristics and styles.
1. Sigiriya Village: From the airport, go directly to this hotel in Sigiriya, which is located near Lion Rock. The first hotel on my trip to Sri Lanka gave me a big surprise. It is different from a traditional hotel, but a hotel in the jungle.
Check-in the hotel lobby. Luggage does not need to be carried by yourself, all the waiters send to the door of the room, giving a tip of 50 rupees.
Tea house on the lobby side.
Day or night, it's surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is integrated into the jungle. After checking in, a trail will take you to the depths of the jungle, as far as the eye can see and the hand touches, there are all kinds of high and low trees, flowers and plants, some towering, and some climbing.
The signs have room numbers on them, and according to the arrows, narrow paths lead to the rooms scattered throughout.
In the middle of the tropical jungle, large and small villas are our home. Here there is both the exuberant enthusiasm of a tropical botanical garden and the delicacy of a garden, with staggered lawns, winding paths, and plants of different colors, compiling an intriguing picture scroll.
Rooms are scattered throughout the jungle and blend in with the surroundings. They are all in a posture of holding the lute half-covering their faces, or exposing a top, or exposing half a door. It is full of shyness and femininity. Open the door to the rainforest's characteristic green.
Brick red roof, open buffet restaurant, dinner and breakfast are served here with a room key. On one side is the turquoise pool.
View of the pool from the lobby.
The green jungle lifts up the Lion Rock in the distance, the turquoise pool, and the vivid children, forming such a harmonious and beautiful picture.
Three mothers and daughters playing in the pool. I watched their game with joy and my heart was full of joy.
Light
There are many creatures in the jungle. Monkeys, lizards, squirrels and other animals can be seen casually in the hotel. Early in the morning monkeys would come and knock on our door. The tour guide told you to close the doors and windows, and the monkeys would enter the room through the open windows. Inadvertently, a huge lizard will appear on the grass. Pelicans groomed the mirror on that old tree. Monkeys jump up and down without fear of passers-by, crows circle in the treetops in flocks, and squirrels briskly go back and forth over the iron fence. All this is like being in pure nature, sharing everything with all living beings, there is no high or low, only the equality of all beings.
Lizards crawl in the grass.
Geese roaming in clear water.
Pursue.
Interior view of the room. There are many sets of room types, all of which have their own characteristics, and each room will have a different surprise. This is just one of the styles, exotic and classical.
The nearest small shop to the hotel.
2. Hotel Suisse: The hotel is located on the shores of Kandy Lake in Kandy City.
Colonial history has left Sri Lanka with a myriad of colonial heritage, and many buildings have been converted into hotels. Many older buildings have been re-bloomed under the inspiration of the designers. The hotel was once a government agency in the United Kingdom.
The hotel is an English building and is grand.
The garden is enchanted by the night lights.
The hotel itself is a relic of history and has preserved this sense of age well: a large staircase, shiny wooden handrails, gold-rimmed decorations, lace-embellished tiles.
The dimly lit corridors were photographs of old trains and railroad tracks in black and white.
Antique elevators, roofs more than four meters high, everything is a strong old British style.
The dark wood decoration and wooden ceiling fan can't help but feel like going back in time, as if they have returned to the colonial period in the 19th century.
The hotel's buffet is very tall, varied, varied, and meticulously crafted.
In addition to the fine food, the smiles of the staff are even more charming. Each will greet you with a smile and smile at their work. I can feel their love and dedication to their work.
Candlelit dinners under the flickering candlelight are romantic.
The hotel has a big pool and is crystal clear. The hotel's swimming pool, turquoise blue; Recliners, parasols, white; tall palm trees, green; Green mountains in the distance, white houses; The colors are extremely rich and the layering is full of layering.
