After a grueling title battle with JD McDonagh, NXT UK feels like it's with Tyler Bate ascending to NXT champion Bron Breakker. In addition, the Gallus boys attacked the Diamond Mine, Carmelo Hayes and Mandy Rose saved the title in two exciting matches, and Tony D'Angelo sent Santos Escobar to the commemorative edition of NXT Heatwave.
Carmelo Hayes defeated Giovanni Vinci to defend the North American championship
The self-proclaimed "champion" did not hesitate to walk up to the confident Giovanni Finch and put the "world-class athlete" down with a springboard clothesline. When two evenly matched superstars tried to work with each other, Finch responded with a springboard cross-body bag.
Neither Hayes nor Finch had the upper hand as they repeatedly fought back in a fast-paced jaw-dropping game. Hayes escaped the damage until Finch flattened both him and Trick Williams on the circus side, and he jumped to the arena floor with a top rope, followed by a springboard leap. Williams again stomped his friend on the rope to ensure he nearly fell, but when Hayes tried to take advantage of Finch, he turned him over with a thunderous clothesline.
Finch prepares to use a powerful bomb, but sees Williams trying to intervene, instead shooting Hayes into his body and then picking up Williams' own powerful bomb. Finch again threw a powerful bomb at Hayes, but Hayes was able to turn things around and roll Finch up with a 1-2-3 score to keep the North American title.

Cora Jed defeats Roxanne Perez
Roxanne Perez went straight to Cora Jade, skipping her former friend as the opening bell rang and jumping outside back-to-back. Recovering from the initial panic, Jed threw Perez behind his head with his elbow, then grabbed Perez with his right hand and buckled him on the arena board.
Jade continued to punish the woman she thought had stolen her spotlight until Perez made a splash in the corner. Perez chose Pop-Rox, but Jade fought back and grabbed Perez's twice count with a running knee and face destroyer.
Jade picked up her kendo, but Perez dodged the swing and fought back to the middle, causing Jade to fall. Perez holds kendo in his hand and wants to reciprocate his help, but decides not to throw the weapon aside, just as Jade used his forearm to blind her. Jade quickly grabbed the stunned Perez and placed his arms DDTs on the kendo to record the landing point.
Tony D'Angelo beat Santos Escobar
With the full power of Legado del Fantasma and the watchful eye of "Stacks" next to the circus, Santos Escobar and Tony D'Angelo go to war to decide the fate of Escobar and his family. Taking a series of despicable tactics between the two superstars, Escobar took out his first trick before the bell rang, placing a steel chair on D'Angelo's head.
Escobar stays on top of D'Angelo, places the huricanrana in the seat of the snatch chair, and pops the knees in case of emergency. As their right-hand man quarrels outside the ring, Escobar continues to treat Don cruelly until the "stack" is temporarily distracted, allowing D'Angelo to recover and grab Escobar's head with the trash can lid.
D'Angelo crushed Escobar to the ground with various weapons, aimed at his arm, and then slammed one back onto a pile of steel chairs. Don rebuked Escobar, but this only angered the "Emperor", who coincided with another hurricane and made a stunning dive through the ropes.
Both superstars appealed for the use of their iconic weapons, but were unsuccessful as Cruz del Toro laid out the "stack" and D'Angelo accidentally bumped into Eli Carlo Lopez. The only two remaining men, D'Angelo and Escobar, scrambled to grab the crowbar and knuckle copper respectively, but D'Angelo was faster in the draw, smashing the crowbar against the Escobar to secure the pins and pack the Escobar.
Mandy Rose defeated Zoey Stark to defend the NXT women's title
Nine months of rage remained deep inside her, and Zoë Stark hoped to end Mandy Rose early with her knees, but Rose quickly escaped and rolled out of the ring to catch her breath. Rose grabbed Stark, made her fly over the announcement table, and then slammed Stark's recovered knee to the side of the table.
As Rose continued to aim at her knee, Stark overcame the pain. Stark wanted to bounce back, but Jesse Jayne and Gigid dolin tripped her, causing the referee to kick both off the field. Seeking revenge for her doubles partner, Nikita Lyons stormed the entrance ramp and shook hands with Jayne & Dolin as the trio argued into the backstage area.
When the action returned to the ring, Stark knocked Rose off with one leg to connect a huge knee, but when she rolled out of the ring wisely, she didn't have the strength to cover Rose. After hanging Stark on the rope, Rose marked Stark with her knee and counted twice. Shocked and frustrated, Rose pulled Stark's knee pads off her leg and tied them to her own leg to provide another brutal running knee to keep Stark low in 1-2-3.
Bron Breakker defeated JD McDonagh to save the NXT title
Bron Breakker and JD McDonagh are a pair of brutal and heavyweight superstars who collide in a fierce duel for the NXT title. McDonagh quickly rushed to Breakker's shoulder, but NXT Champion showed that his shoulder was fine, just delaying his back sagging.
Breakker turned around, focused on McDonagh's shoulder, and used a hammer-shaped belly-to-belly suplex, then made two standing moonsaults. NXT Champion was in complete control and was looking for an upper rope Frankenstein, but McDonagh slid over his leg, lowered the Breakker onto the rope, and then slammed the Breakker into the hoop with a reverse neck breaker.
With a sadistic smile on his face, Macdonald operated on Blake's shoulder and neck. Breakker made some separation from a spinal destroyer and waited in line for the spear, but McDonagh avoided the submachine locomotive and flew The Breakker into the ring column. Undeterred, Breakker overcame the pain and let McDonagh fly with Frankensteiner on the head rope, but the Irish ace responded with a shocking almost blow with the Spanish fly and Brainbuster on the head rope.
Stunned, McDona quickly made a move on the rope, but Blake rolled away the back-to-back spear. A damn McDonald stood up and egged Breakker to take down a third spear and a terrible Gorilla Press Powerslam. After raising his hands, Breakker was surprised to see NXT UK's Tyler Bate walk up to the ring and raise his title in front of Breakker when the show stopped.
