According to the judgment, an apartment occupant in Bangkok was required to pay a fine of 141,500 baht to the plaintiff for keeping a pet in his apartment without permission, and to pay an annual interest rate of 5% (calculated from the date of filing of the lawsuit on December 8, 2021, based on the initial amount of compensation of 140,500 baht) until all fees were paid.
